1. Introduction
Your character awakens in the dungeons of Valhalla, sentenced to wander aimlessly in their winding, twisting caverns for the rest of eternity. Essentially, you are the reincarnate of the hero from the first game, and you must carry on your mission of revenge. Unfortunately, you have no memory of your past life, and the details of your missions are far beyond your comprehension. Thus begins a whole new quest for the powerful Seed of Eve, so that you may undo the terrible deeds of the past and save humanity from the prisons of Valhalla.

2. Gameplay

Use the directional keys to move around.
Use ‘Z’ for actions on the map such as talking, opening chests, etc.
Use ‘X’ to open the game menu.

Battles

Battles occur randomly at certain areas. The actions that can be performed in battle are as follows:

a) Do Nothing- This means your character will sit and wait while the enemy attacks. This is not a recommended action, as ‘DEFEND’ will also rejuvenate your character’s depleted energy.
b) Attacks- Here you will choose from a list of attacks that you have chosen for your character with each new level. A list of these skills and their attributes can be found in this guide below.
c) Defend- This allows your character to regenerate energy points, which are needed for different attack combos. At the beginning of the game especially, it will be necessary to do this quite often.
Item- Use items to help you in battle. These will restore health points and cure ailments.

3. Characters

Very Easy
Light class is the recommended class for this game, and the characters are Miria and Father Mor. They can obtain 13 light spells overall, and the spells must be purchased at light shops. The spells are Heal, Heal 2, Heal 3, Heal 4, Heal All 1, Heal All 2, Heal All 3, Heal All 4, Cure, Raise, Phoenix, Revive, and ULTRA HEAL.

Easy
Hanna and Pulu are the “jack of all trades” class. They are unique in that they have very random abilities and are able to use both light and dark magic skills, but only select ones. They can obtain HEAL 1, HEAL 2, HEAL 4, Heal All, Heal All 4, Cure, Raise, Dark Blast, Multi-Blast, and Dark Destruction. They can also equip various weapons of all class types.

Moderate
The Dark Magic characters are Holmes and Lula. These characters must obtain new spells by purchasing them at dark magic shops. There are 7 dark magic spells available, and each one is much more powerful than the one before it. They are Drak Attack, Dark Blast, Dark Demise, Multi-Attack, Multi-Blast, Multi-Demise, and Dark Destruction.

Hard
Attack Characters are Balta and Varn. Both character appeared in the first game as Knights of Eden. These characters gain new attacks as they level up, but players are not able to choose their abilities as they do with their primary hero. They gain these new skills at levels 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50. They learn, in sequence, Attack Up, Attack Down, Defense Up, Defense Down, Attack Up 2, Attack Down 2, Speed Up, Speed Down, Defense Up 2, Defense Down 2, Attack Up 3, and Defense Up 3.

Very Hard
Defensive Characters are Kakla and Bull. These are the hardest characters to win the game with because they have no skills or abilities. They have very strong defense, however, and are able to equip every piece of armor available in the game.

4. Skills (Combos) for main hero
(When presented with 2 skills to choose from when you level up, the top option is always less powerful, but it costs less energy to perform and has a better chance of hitting the target.)

5. Walkthrough

Area 1- Naught
- Talk to the old man to name your character. Go South a little to the water well and go inside to get your first gem. Gemstones are used throughout the game to boost your second character’s maximum energy. Collecting them is the main side quest of the game, and there are 200 in total.
- Go a little ways West to enter the encampment of Naught. Talk to the guard at the desk to obtain your “new citizen” supplies. Once you have that, visit the shops and do what you think you need to do. I would personally recommend buying as many potions as you can to start, as you will not have your second party member until after the first dungeon.

Area 2- Prizm
- Prizm is fairly easy to get through. It is a little ways South of Naught, and a man is in front of the entrance. What you probably don’t know is that there is a trick to getting through it with LESS enemy encounters. Examine the blank areas before you, for these are the areas where enemy battles begin. You want to always step in places where you know had items on them before. Grey chests have items in them, so be on the lookout for these.
- Work your way up to the main boss and save before fighting him. He’s pretty easy, but you may want to be a level five before leaving this area and getting your second party member.
- Once you have beaten this area, go back to Naught to the house where the lady stands guard. You may use your newly acquired item by entering this house and choosing your party member. Look in the characters section of this walkthrough to see their strengths.

Area 3- Illusia
- This level is pretty fun, but it can take a while if you haven’t examined it fully. Essentially, there are two artifacts in chests that you must obtain before placing them on the altar and fighting the boss.
- For the first artifact, go down, right, down, right, down, TOP right, up, FIRST left, left, FAR up, up, left, and up. Here you should see the first chest with an artifact in it. When you have it, step on the blue tile to go back to the start of the level.
- The second artifact is the one that is more troublesome to find.
- Go down, right, down, right, down, BOTTOM right, up, right, up, FAR up, right, left, up, left, up. You should now have both artifacts.
- There is also a chest with 5 potions in this area, but it is not needed, only optional.
- Back to the start of Illusia again.
- Down, right, down, right, down, right, now just continue walking up as far as you can go to get to the altar. Place the artifacts in front on the polls and the enemy will appear. Save before fighting.

Area 4- Heat
- Here you can upgrade your characters before moving on. Check ALL houses for gemstones, even if your character cannot buy light or dark magic.
- Continue South to Diros.

Area 5- Diros
- There are many gems and treasures here, so you may want to explore Diros as much as possible instead of following this walkthrough.
- There is a place to the far left to get 300 gold.
- Take the up arrows first. Now take the arrows on FAR right arrows.
- Where three arrow paths exist, take the middle one.
- Take the northern arrows.
- Again, take the middle arrows.
- You’ll now get a recap of the first game by entering the Northern exit.

Area 6- Valhalla 2
- This is a large area, and you will want to explore it for gemstones. Otherwise, the guards will be there to help you on your way. The first area you will want to visit in Quizzitch, however, if you prefer buying supplies first, go East until you find the next settlement.

Area 7- Quizzitch
- Quizzitch is fairly easy, but you must pay attention to colours, shapes, and quantities of your surroundings. Or you can cheat and read these answers.
- 10
- 9
- Red
- Right
- Star
- By completing this area, your party levels up one.

Area 8 – Cavahan
- Do what you need to do here.
- Talk to the guards and find out what their problem is. They will direct you to the underground world of Transparia.

Area 9- Transparia
- This is a good place to grind if you feel you need to. The enemies are a bit tougher than usual, and the curve begins to turn this way from this part on.
- The arrows her will teleport you to the closest islands. Pay attention to where you want to go before stepping on them, your mind may play tricks on you now and then.
- Once you have fixed the water main, the events outside have all changed and the next sector of Valhalla is much easier to get through.

Area 10- Valhalla 3
- If you have not completed the Transparia quest, it is still possible to progress in this area. However, the guards will not be here to help guide you through this large area.
- Be forewarned, battles occur in this area.
- To the far East is the Oracle’s home. You need to get the key to enter from an ogre who has stolen it.
- To find the Ogre’s house, go as South as possible, and follow it west until you see a small southern area.
- Defeat the ogre and get the key, go back to the Oracle’s house and your destiny is revealed.
- When you have leveled up to around level 14 or 15, it is time to go to sector 4. Go as West as possible to find the stairway leading there.

Area 11- Valhalla 4
- Just South of here is the entrance to a shrine, you can go here or keep going East to town.
- You need holy water from this shrine to be able to get past the reaper in the town’s mansion.
- First, take a right and take the stairs.
- Go right again, but then take the left stairs.
- The boss monk is here, so be prepared to fight his golem. Save first.
- After obtaining the holy water, go back to town (East of shrine).

Area 12- Depf Mansion
- This area is straight forward as well. Use the holy water to get past the reaper and go north, then west to fight the boss mage.
- Once you have finished, you have allowed the town to continue with their tournament.

Area 13- Tournament
- Walk in the arena and talk to the person standing in the middle.
- You will now fight enemies that you have seen before, and go through a series of battles for a prize. This is completely optional, but worth it in the end.

Area 14- Valhalla 5
- Another big place to explore for gemstones. Travel East to get to the town of Midita, and south of that location is the water hole where you will finally obtain the seed of eve.

Area 15- Water Hole
- This place is yet another maze. Essentially, you want to be as far west as possible to find the seed, but other areas contain gems for your second part member.
- When you get there, you will find that someone has already beat you to the seed, and you will be forced to take it away from them by force.
- When you have acquired the seed, go back to Midita to rest up, and then continue to the next part of the Valhallan caverns.

Area 16- Valhalla 6
- There is nothing of interest in this part except for gems and an optional dungeon. (Also a side quest if you have reached level 30, but I was only level 24 when I got here.)
- The optional maze is far south in an abandoned house. It’s a good place to level up, but you will be subjected to ‘conditions’ by your enemies. You’ll want some curing items before coming here.

Area 17- Maze
- At first glance it is hard to see, but there are certain walls you may walk through.
- There are a few valuable items here, and you’ll need to open chests to get them. There are enemies inside most of these chests, however.

Area 18- Valhalla 7&8
- This is the final cavern, and it is very straight forward. However, you will be fighting adventurers as you work your way to the end (and FREEDOM!).
- Finally, you emerge into daylight and are free to travel east to the outside encampment. Turns out there are people who have made it out alive afterall.
- Use this town to your advantage before going further.
- In the outside area there are two things you can do.
- 1- catch chickens.
- 2- explore the tree areas by pressing the action key. There are numerous objects that can be found in them.
- When you are finished it is time to end the game. Follow the East isle far North and you will find guards blocking your path to a mountain. Beat these guards and go back to town to heal up before moving on. Go back to the mountain and you will be transported to the Knight temple from the first game.

Area 19- End
- Here you will have to fight a spirit pretending to be your familiar. If you can beat this monster, walk to the altar to get your character ending.

Area 20- (BONUS)
- Balta, Father Mor, and Kakla endings will have you fight them to the death, as they turn on you. You must win these tough battles to beat the game and see the true ending. Unfortunately, losing these battles will give you a game over screen.

6. Side Quests

1) Find all 200 Gemstones
2) Reach Level 30 and get the Titanium Sword from a man lurking about in area 6 of Valhalla.
3) Some of the dungeons are optional.
