This update finishes off the common sound effects and more of the battle system. It let you start battles with the default battle system already so you can do them again and see what is new. The animations on the battlers should mostly work (enemy or player if they use character set battlers). The common sound effects were important to have in since they mostly effect the events that go on during battle.
You can set your title and game over screens by using a background. You can do all the parallax, scrolling, placing, etc. you could in backgrounds for these. It's funny that the ability to have A Title Screen was added right when RPG20XX is nearly completed.
If you don't use the default battle system (and to be honest it is only going in because all these RPG creation kits have one), you could have been making an RPG several updates ago. If you were thinking about using RPG20XX for a new game, don't wait. Those "bugs" you are waiting "to be ironed out later" will ALSO wait for you to begin making your game, you know :3 regardless if you want to use the default battle system or not. Those "bugs" may or may not exist until someone looks upon them.
Because there is bound to be problems, I recommend doing only tiny demos for now. Something you'd do for a event but without the time limit.

Quick important update I forgot to mention, I already had written the material graphic layout information some time ago. You can download all the information here:
https://subversion.assembla.com/svn/rpg20xx/dl/rpg20xx-doc.zip
Includes all the other information too. The layout stuff is in the "layout" folder.

Wow, thanks. You're the first one. I'll let each donor decide if you want public credit or not (appears in a list viewable by everyone). You've already announced yourself though >.>
I will keep private the amount donated and any personal information disclosed to me through PayPal unless compelled to do so by law. The information will be kept as safe as though it were information about myself I wouldn't want publicly disclosed.

Happy to help. I trust you to keep that info safe. Also, I don't mind saying it was 5$ :P Might even donate more in the future. I just spend my money on weed and video games anyways xD
I am still very much looking forward to making some games in this. I'm just waiting for another burst of game making enthusiasm. Right now I'm obsessed with Smash Bros.
