My best guess is that there is some underlying function that removes extra white space unless the text is under a code-tag.

It just seem like she is playing around while working...or at least that was my impression it's not writing problem but more like her image when making conversion with player:) of course it was obvious what she does but some lines made her seem like she wants player off her sight and player imprssion was she isn't suited for saling prouducts also she does seem good at that in some parts(only second meeting at the market-painfully lost 800 yen)

Eventually, there will be more to Emiko! A bit of re-writing (I feel I must have mentioned this fifty times at this point), but some additions too!

With the line scheme that you and Marrend developed it's looks great, and... 1500lines it's a fair lot to edit... :p
This also may prove useful to write fairly long choices, sometimes you can get wrong conclusions about what is written...

Excuse me for my late post; I was held up by eviscerating amounts of red tape.
They are (First name is spoiler) Ryoko, ID 33, Second year class B; Shitazawa Arika, ID 29, First year Class B; and Columban Kuri, ID 87, Third year Class A, respectively. Why would the latter's ID be so high, we'll never know, her creator, talented I might add, posted her half-finished route and vanished without a trace. I've been safekeeping the copies ever since.
Since Ertad reserved the number first, anyway, I propose to change it to 54 for simplicity.

So, I'm staring down at my story outline file for Emiko. I figured I might need the reference since looking stuff up to see what story events did what the long way (ie, paging up and down in the story file) has been a pain.
Anyway, from the looks of things, I've already started her "Hey, maybe I might be interested in this <player> guy" route, so I might just keep going with that until it's conclusion. Whatever that turns out to be. However, these are not the only plans that I amhatching considering.
Let's face it, Emiko's first impression of <player> is pretty bad. The choices/situations players find themselves in would cause Emiko to think more or less of him. Go figure! However, I think I want to allow some kind of "redemption" route that leads to a different ending to be unlocked if players made early-route mistakes. The precise details of what all could, happen is something I have hammered out, obviously, but, this is my general plan with Emiko.

Wow Iwas immeresed in editing the story lines(Ended up deleting the whole third part 800 lines because Ifound it half done for what Iexept of myself...) After edit and delete ended up with 580 lines I can proudly look at:)
However at least Ican actually work on the third part with no worries now(Thankes to Marrend:)

For me they are getting along quite well since Ev.6 Branch A, so I really can see a route appearing nearby. :3
But mine point of view is a little twisted since she acts a lot like Eliza. Which is mine favorite type of girl.

Just how many people are going to be in Class A? O.O Well, I guess it makes enough sense, it's the same class as Miki and Riho. ^.^
I almost want in on this chart, but just about none of my character's have a defined place in their respective schools. You could probably put the Kurokawa twins in 2nd year Class B, though, if you wanted.^.^
... on a side note, I get the odd impression that the city is going to end up with a lot of schools at some point. ^.^;

For those of you wanting to know which city this is located in... I have no idea. That seems a bit less relevant, but I guess I could be mistaken.
Well lets say that in the city it is based of there are only 3 schools originally...
And we create 5 schools...and besides the possible school names in the same city is limited...(the question is whether we are imaginary city or based on real city with real schools...then the backround story for the whole city will change acording to what the majority decide...to be based city? to be original with no limits?) we are the writers and we need to decide:)

Food for thought: Since Matsumori High, which is imaginary (as far as I know), exists in this reality, would it not follow that the city that this exists in is, at the very least, somewhat imaginary?

Or, if one is feeling really artistic, doing PLACE = None with a custom background could be a thing. Though, can't you get PLACE = None events during school? You might have to do a "PLACE = City" (or whatever) event to JUMP into a "PLACE = None" first.

What about somewhere between Osaka and Kyoto?
The area above Takatsuki are clear enough to a city like Hayauchi be, and it's only close enough to someone reach the major towns, plus the Shikansen, by bus or common train.
About Mastumori High, the name gives the impression it's something large... it could be in the "Town B" the larger town that player can go by the train, (With the station, greenhouse, stadium...), or in the same town as the school that Shoichi go. :p
Town expansion... more after-school places is a tricky thing to achieve, Flowerthief already used almost all of the studio-74 backgrounds... and they use a non-outlined realistic-draw balance that is very tricky to simulate. :\
Guess that at least it's possible to remove the R-18 posters of them.
(Tip if you're going to Studio-74, frantically scroll down when the page is loading if you don't want to bump into R-18 material :p)

Maybe. I just remember somebody reporting to me that they got one of Joruri's (or maybe it was Fran's) sequences in school, and the game screen was blank. Having a blank screen is indicative of "PLACE = None".

To add my two cents to this conversation,
Matsumori High is said to be two hours away from the player's town in Fran's route, and the real school(yes, there is one) is in Southern Tohoku. Also, Akari's pet Moses most probably a Tohoku salamander, on the grounds of symbolism, which Akari, being the Soul type, would make use of. And getting salamanders out of their natural habitat's climate when it can't live in your room(he sure as hell can't, it has zero sunlight and no conditioning;the bills on maintaining him would be insane) is not a good idea.
I would say the game takes place in Iwate, or Akita prefecture, both of which have two isolated towns each, that I know of, with only one High school with access to train which leads to a larger beachside settlement in short enough order that travelling by it doesn't significantly affect the player's time.
I would say this narrows it down, no?
