Everyone is in the game in one form or another, even a few "extras". However, anyone appearing in the upcoming Touhou fighter will more than likely not appear unless as a completely optional boss or sidequest or something.


Suwako was one of the ones I tried to experiment with "randomness", to keep with her Soku playstyle, and it didn't really work out that well. Her main problem as stated in the video is she just lacks any real form of damage compared to the rest of the cast...
