To start a game in Windowed Mode:

1) Create a shortcut to RPG_RT.exe.
2) Right-click the shortcut, go to Properties > Target.
3) At the end, put "NormalPlay" "ShowTitle" "Window"
4) Save, then try to run RPG_RT.exe. This should enable you to play the game starting in Windowed mode without changing resolution or anything of the sort.
