Sexy beast, my friend. How did you make it look so smooth?

I went from 16x16 to 32x32. At first I wasn't bothered by 16x16, but then when I moved to windows 7 I realized a lot of applications had beautiful, high-res icons. The rest is just photoshop.

Very nice, but I have issues with updating ICONS.
I tend to keep the icon I used for the earliest versions forever. (because Ragnarok did so)

True, the old one does remind me of RO a bit. Although if I kept my original icon it would be obnoxious yellow text on black that read "DRAGON HEART" hehe.

I do keep backups of all released versions of my games now for that purpose. Pure legacy I guess?

Open your executable in resource hacker and replace the icon resource with your own *.ico file.
