New magic, new statuses, status cancel

All taken from various incarnations in Final Fantasy games, of course.

New Magic
White Magic: NulBlaze, NulFrost, NulShock, NulTide
Red Magic: Addle, Resist

New Status Effects
NulBlaze: Nullifies fire damage. (2 turns)
NulFrost: Nullifies ice damage. (2 turns)
NulShock: Nullifies lightning damage. (2 turns)
NulTide: Nullifies water damage. (2 turns)
Addle: Lowers Magic Power. (3 turns)
Resist: Immune to all status conditions, good and bad. (4 turns)
Refresh: Regenerate 3% MP each turn. (5 turns)
Trouble: Afflicted gains 0 EXP.
Innocent: Magic cast by afflicted has no effect. Afflicted cannot be damaged by magic. (3 turns)
Encumberance: Afflicted is instantly unequipped of all equipment except their weapon.
Disease: Afflicted character cannot restore HP.

Status Cancel
Any status condition that counteracts another will immediately remove that status, and vice versa. Examples of this would be Slow vs. Haste, and Sadness vs. Fury. Previously, states that countered each other remained and this was causing some seriously weird effects.

Reminds me of some of Wild ARMs ststus ailments.
They are all used in at least one Final Fantasy game each. Trouble actually had a different effect that I'm working on now.
