Finally, some graphicals!

OK, so I started ripping the hell out of Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection for PSP. Not going to show anything yet, because there's still a lot of tiles left to rip, but you should be seeing some map graphics in the next few days.

I'm trying to start off with the hardest stuff first (which tend to be mountains and forests) so it's going a little slow off the jump, but it'll pick up.

Also, I'm going to reveal one of the secret characters pretty soon. Looking back through some old posts, I previously said that one was from Final Fantasy IV, while the other was from Final Fantasy VI. That was incorrect. The second is from Final Fantasy IX.

Either way, we'll be taking a look at our secret character from Final Fantasy IV first. Be on the lookout for it.

FFIX gets plenty of love here. Burmecia and Cleyra are areas in this game, and some of Dajh's Blue Magic spells are direct from FFIX, as well as some of Reeve's Dragonkin skills.

No more guessing, bub. FF9 secret character won't be unveiled for a while.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Wait. It's not Beatrix? There was like a 100% chance it was going to be Beatrix, until you said that. Even after saying that, there's still about an 80% chance it's going to be Beatrix.

Not to keep guessing but I seriously hope it's Queen Brahne. That would be the best. (Don't tell me if I'm right or wrong, I WANT TO BELIEVE)

Oh well. We should stop guessing, I guess. Don't want to ruin it.

I can't quite imagine Brahne fighting, aside of being a summon which would act like Fat Chocobo.
