First Boss Encounter Video

Some animations and poses are still missing. The other three characters are temporary guests that players will start the game with and use in the first dungeon area, which will be a research facility in Palamecia.
They do have Limit Breaks, although they aren't shown in this video. All of their real names are withheld from the player, which is why they have code names in-game taken from other Final Fantasy heroes.

Aww, I was hoping to have cloud and squall fighting side by side...
Looking cool, though. Nice work.

FFIX music = instawin in my book! xD
I think I have about 20+ battle themes imported by now. There are lots of different ones. The world map, battle, and victory themes all change based on the location you're in, and most bosses have their own boss battle music.
If you want to have an awesome reference with the code names, use the Blitz Squadron call signs from FFXIII-2 (they're all taken in memory of Lightning (also BLITZ Squadron lololol)).

Absolutely love this, but I don't really like giving monikers within the quotation marks: it makes it look like some eye rape.
YAY FOR MULTIPLE STEALS! Plus the music is good, too!
The only thing that seemed a bit off were some of the battle animations seemed... choppy? Like, when "Lightening" casts Thunder (huh...), there seems to be a significant pause before he/she jumps back to the battle line. Nothing major; just thought I'd point it out.
Other than that, it looks fantastic!

I put a little wait on the end of all battle poses, I think it's a half a second. I can lower that, I suppose.
Holy Crap. That is by FAR the best FFIX battle remix I've heard, it's so awesomely industrial :D Looking great so far, WC, can't wait to play it :)
