I would consider changing that font because it is within so many games that use the same system and it reminds me of the default system. In this kind of case, the less you can get it to look like the default, the better.

I like the way you've done the HUD. It looks like there's particle effects too. This looks like an ambitious project. All the best.

Good call, I will look into a better font ^.^ I am trying my best not to use too much default from what is already in use, which is mostly sfx and slight tile icons. Trying to flush those out as well ^.^ Never thought about the font, hehe...
