This would be the current iteration to the world map. Recently re-mapped it! (Well, more like tree-mapped. Awesome pun, I know.)

A very eerily lit place you'll find yourself while exploring. Dungeons attempt to be dynamic.
One of the characters possesses the ability to poach monsters for synthesis components. This's him, obviously.
The town of Lydia. Different look visually than a few other towns but I thought it worked well for the setting.

This is a total re-mapping of an earlier village. I took a look at some of them and decided you deserve better. I'm leaving the old screen up in order to show progress.

A picture of the third planned dungeon for the upcoming demo release. That's right, sewers. Every good RPG has a sewer dungeon. Contrary to popular usage, though, you aren't escaping through them. OR MAYBE YOU ARE. MYSTERY.
This is a place I'm calling "Homeland" at the moment. I had the idea to go with something along the lines of a Tecmo: Secret of the Stars/Suikoden idea. I think it's a cool idea to give the protagonist somewhere to call home, and a place to build up.
Port of a port town. Updated with the much appreciated advice of Noel Kreiss, who is quickly becoming my BFF.
Middle of the port town of 'Oshe.' Updated after some lovely input. It's either makeup on a pig, or it's a tolerable town. Feel free to judge.
A completely separate, second forest dungeon. That's right. I have TWO forest dungeons. Mostly because I love mapping forests. Probably an unhealthy amount.
Snow town. I'm calling it "Northern City, Presea" at the moment. Namco doesn't copyright that shit right?
Glimpse of what the world map is shaping up as. The whole thing is roughly 220x200 so far. Unless I forget to add a continent. Like I did all ready. Totally fixed now.
CBS Asiantown. Just kidding. Small eastern style mountain village. I'm all about small villages.
A part of the aforementioned city with an eastern section. Tentatively called "Brass."
A castle. A relatively blocky cast with an extremely short courtyard. It works.
