Why Punch Bears was Made

I feel like I need to somewhat explain the existence of this game.

I work retail and we are now entering the mad rush of the holiday season. We're also entering the mad rush of snow falling from the sky. Suffice to say that due to understaffing caused by bad roads I got called into work on both my days off last week. When I got home, I turned to my roommate Racheal and expressed a want - a need - to punch bears. Both as a reassurance to feel HARDCORE and also to kill off the stress ridden foul mood I had entered.

But alas, I lacked any media output in which I could punch bears.

Thus! I made a game. About punching bears.

This game is in many ways a joke game, but I hope you can play it and lessen some of your own stress as well. Get in there friends! The bears are the burdens of your life!! PUNCH THEM!

Awesome. Also, I would have just had sex with Rachel, but your way works too.
I don't think her boyfriend would have appreciated that very much. also, wtf? where did that come from?
I'd pick Ulrika over Racheal. Just saying. no offence there, Rach. you just don't punch enough bears
Usually the first thing I would do after coming home from working retail is,

A: Complain to the nearest person next to you that all the customers in your store are total retards.

B: Complain to the nearest person next to you that your management team sucks balls and couldn’t handle a customer complain to save their own ass.

C: Complain to the nearest person next to you that the wages you make are a complete and utter joke and you would rather work at such and such.

D: Finally, take a hot bath and get ready to do some game making!

It’s funny how certain unpleasant situations at work can lead to moments of divine inspiration. So I guess it’s not all that bad. :D
A through D are all very true. Very, very true.

But it's also true that any situation that gets the creativity flowing is a good one in the long run! A bad week ends; a game about punching bears lasts forever. haha

Thanks for the comments. :D
You're welcome. I used to work in retail, so I know how you feel.
