That chipset is very limiting, but you've done good with what you had.

Edit: Oops, that was my fault.

This was also my fault.
This is a decent map, but it seems like the non-sand tiles have just sort of been placed randomly. It's not mono-sandy enough to seem deserty but it's not busy enough to seem like anything else, so it's sort of stuck in a strange place. The layout is good, but my suggestion would be to get rid of some of the grass and a few of the rocks from around the top level of the map and put a few more grassy tiles and pebbles in the pit (especially around the middle layer). I know there isn't much going on with this chip, so why not bring some tiles over from another one? It's got enough going on for this map, but I imagine a whole area with nothing but these tiles might start to get boringo.
Yeah, they are definitely limited. Sadly, there aren't really any other desert chipsets in the Rudra style, and I feel like if I edited something in outside of it, it would stand out too much.

However, you do make some good points on grass and rock placement. I'll see what I can do.
Also I just noticed that I really like that chest! Is that a Rudra chest? I've never noticed it before.
Yeah me too! Not sure what it's from though, in all honesty; but they are pretty cool looking. :D
