Progress report for January

Saturday, January 31
Well, January ended on a decent note. I rewrote part of the walkthrough, the part leading into the Lair of the Queen Bee- Revisited. Also, of note to those that have already played the game, the Lair will have more enemies than the original "Lakel Cave" did.

Friday, January 30
I know this is late, but it's too good to pass up. For I finished the paths in the first town, and I also made a bridge. I'm trying to figure out what color the paths should be, however.

Thursday, January 29
Sorry, the Princess is in another castle- err, this is not the update you are looking for.

Wednesday, January 28
Added a couple new monsters. Welcome Storm cloud, Cactot, Sundog, and Spook to the List of Monsters! I also rewrote another small section of the walkthrough.

Tuesday, January 27
I outlined part of the sidewalk/road in the first town to see what it would look like. I think it looks better than what I had going before that. I also added more enemies and rewrote more of the game's walkthrough.

Monday, January 26
I rewrote the early part of the story a little bit, and added some more enemies to make the game a little more fresh. Rabid Rabbit joins the fray with Slimes and Batties, to make the early game less repetitive.

Sunday, January 25
Well, I decided to take the day off. After all, even God took the seventh day off.

Saturday, January 24
Saturday wasn't such a bad day, as I added the paths to different houses in the town. Things are really starting to come together now.

Friday, January 23
I made the first house of the new town. Normally, part of the house will be such that the hero can walk under it (the roof), but that part is over the sea, so there's no need with this particular house.

Thursday, January 22
Thursday was a great day. For I finished coloring in the map that I made Wednesday! I just need to place houses and trees and the like on the map, and then place events and characters.

Wednesday, January 21
Wednesday was a little better than Tuesday, as I tried something different with the map (again), and liked how it looks. It also took less time than I expected.

Tuesday, January 20
Tuesday was a little weaker, but I did still make a little progress. I tried something out for a map (and it didn't work too well).

Monday, January 19
I actually got something done for once! I found a great charaset to use, and edited it to fit my characters. It looks a lot better than any of the ones I used before (RMVX RTP, Character Maker XP, and one I made myself), and came from the great game of Dragoon Legends (whose makers I shall credit accordingly).

Thursday-Sunday, January 1-18
Gearing up to get this started again.
