EXCITING NEWS!

Hello!

It's been a while, but I'm back with some news that I'm excited to share. If you're a fan of anything I've produced, most recognized example being Fey (https://rpgmaker.net/games/778/), then boy oh boy do I have news for you. With the advent of RPG Maker (officially) and the ability to publish to itch.io and Steam, I've been hard at work on What's Left (link below). It is a complete re-imagining of Fey, what it was intended to be. It is important to note that this is not just an official release, but something fresh, new, and more importantly... whole. The original version of Fey was, regrettably, rushed, and over half of the game was cut due to too many reasons to list here. But as time passed, it strengthened the sense of unfinished business. That and some persistent fans and friends finally tipped the scales and I began to revise, expand and rebuild the game from the ground up. What was a couple hour experience now spans 6-8, more if you consider the new side quests, hidden areas, secrets to uncover, tools and weapons, locations, story, dialogue, the ability to purchase a house, get a citizenship, buy furniture for your home, explore chunks of open world and etc. The list goes on, and on, and on. Some more notable things are the revised combat system, the ability to use swap weapons on the fly, the new menu, introduction and branching cutscenes. What I felt was a unique game (with the aim for it to play like a movie) is now a complete experience.... Oh, and for my fans (by popular request) there is a TON more Picaro, including the ability to utilize his unique powers at will. For more information, and to keep up to date on the progress, (Steam page is under construction, along with Youtube page, itch.io, and various others) clink the link below and subscribe. You can also sneak a peak at some more videos and screenshots on my Twitter and Instagram! Make sure to follow on your preferred platform! I appreciate the support and hope you'll share my excitement as I move toward release with in the coming months!!!

Fey's 1 Year

Hello RMN,

It has been a year since Fey launched and in that time I have learned a lot. I'd like to thank you for all the support and feedback you've given me.
There are a couple of things I'd like to announce. Firstly, in celebration I have just launched a demo for The Dark Heart Of Louisiana. Secondly, Max Southwood designed a special 1 year anniversary poster in the form of a Tintin Homage. Third, Megollyen has joined me in prepping Fey for it's official Steam launch. We're aiming for December!

A Glance Back Over The Years

Hello RMN,

Long time no see. Just recently, I launched a new game page; called The Dark Heart Of Louisiana. It's been in early development for almost two years and has finally reached the phase where idea becomes reality. I am in full production and progress has been swift and precise. All of this has brought me back to my roots, back to the beginning. The amount of time from before, versus now, is drastically lower. While the quality has followed reverse suit. I have spent a lot of time with Fey lately, either from "Screaming MikeyG's" fully voice acted play through (link can be found below) or from patches, to just playing it for enjoyment. It's funny how time flows.

I feel, like Landon,
, I to have grown and I look forward to seeing what the future holds.

Problem Crashing at First Temple (Solved)

It looks like we've found the source of windows throwing an error when you try to enter the temple for the first time, in Landon's home town.

waystar found the solution to the error, he posts;

"Hi,
I was having the same problem with the game crashing at the first temple. After trying various things, I uninstalled DIVX player and codecs and it now works fine.
"

I hope this helps and thanks again waystar.

Late Night Surfing!

There appears to be no end to the well of fandom, lol!

I was a bit restless and decided to clean up Fey's Facebook page, when it offered up a link to a youtube review I had never seen nor heard of. Needless to say this led to a very late night.
I added everything I found into Fey's Media section.
I hope you enjoy!

SUCCESS!!!

Hello RMN, I bring you great news!

FEY IS 100% COMPLETE!!!

It's been a long and tough journey. The entire process has had it's ups and it's downs and it's never been easy.
That being said, the experience and the rewards have far out weighed the costs and I've loved every minute of it.

I've made some great friends on here (and from all over the world, because of this project) and I have learned a 'lot' from the community as a whole.
So, thank you everyone for the constant motivation, patients and support in general.

Thanks again!

Regards,
