The nostalgia is real, dawg! Can't wait to finish off the remake for this classic.
I tried to play this game, but I got an audio misplacement shortly into the game. I think you're missing an audio file or more on this game. Anyway you can fix this?

Here you go. Let me know when you encounter more missing files!

I got another one.

I encountered another crash so I looked into the game and well...

It's missing a LOT of BGM music and 1 ME for it to run properly.

Here are the ones that are needed:

518-adventures-in-the-savannah
418-the-underworld
522-byte-bashing
603-battleship-bravery
511-the-corrupted
212 The Viper (Battle with Echidna)
Tartarus_0d06
Graceful Assassin

ME-
69 - Beyond the Door

These are what I managed to track down as missing from the files. Let me know if I can help with anything else.
Thank you so much. For some reason, they were missing audio and graphic files in the game. I replaced it with the older version I have. So no more crashes!!

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I remember way back when I started getting into RPG Maker (about 6 or 7 years ago) I almost gave up on this game b/c of the audio issues. Which sucked, because I remember really liking the first game and upset about the sequel.

Can't remember if the game was not encrypted, or I broke it myself, but I eventually decided to to play, save everywhere, and slowly fix any audio issues by downloading a track from VGMusic and replacing the broken audio every time I came across it. It was very daunting and probably extended what was typically a 15+ hour game into something closer to 25+ hours, but it was worth the hassle.

The two stories fit so well and the plot of the second was much deeper. I'm glad I took the time to fix all the issues, otherwise I would have missed out on a decent RM game.

Do my ears (or eyes) deceive me? Can this mean the remake of CO2 is already in progress? My brother and I have been wanting to tackle the trilogy - considering we both loved the original 2 games - but wanted to only after part 2 was remade.
Long RPG. Took me over 9 hours. The writing style is basically the same as the other games from the developer. Fortunately unlike some of their other games, this one had no bugs/glitches/crashes at the current time. Towns are usually empty of any souls and several dungeons were auto-generated, which is kinda boring. Though I do love the variety of dungeon themes here. But exploring is greatly rewarded since some powerful gear is hidden out in these mazey dungeons and one in particular helped double my dps, no joke. The difficulty is also alot more fair in this game than some of the others, unless you try to challenge the secret bosses that is. I died a few times but in most cases my strats pull thru pretty well. A standard RPG dungeon crawl where things are simple and there isnt anything too fancy.

Strats
Nothing fancy, basically it was attack buff > stun attack > attack > attack and then heal when necessary. Stun attack procs randomly but seems to work on bosses (including the final boss) with a noticeably good chance. The mixed limits looked good on paper but they cost lots of mana that could be used to sustain heals instead, and didnt really outmatch attack buff by much.

To the creator of this game:
You have a level in Castle Oblivion 2 called B6, where characters end up in Manison.
How many Fanatics have you designed there? A billion? That's not fair at all!
Someone as novice as me cannot advance in this game EVER!!!
