Chained Worlds VX Ace Remake (On Hiatus for now).

Very small update. This post amounts to, I'm working on a new project's story a lot! :)

The only progress on Chained World Remake, for now, is a few ideas.

So for the new project that I mentioned months ago now, I did end up making some facesets with the MZ generator and made some characters, names and some other details for them in December and January.

I think I'll redo the facesets with MV's generator when I'm ready. I like it but I think MV would work better with this game and with those characters.

I didn't work on it much outside of those months, maybe a little but I think I accurately know I didn't.

Either way, I have, however, gone back to the project again and decided that I want to revise the story a lot. So far I'm working on the main villain's backstory which is good. I have scenes and dialogue done for some other stuff, but I just want to take a bit of this story at a time now and revise it a bit.

I'm not yet fully satisfied with it, but I'm pleased with the direction it's going in so far.

The protagonists, currently, are a group of people. So I'm going to revise them next. Then keep planning out the rest of the story. I want that done before I start attempting to do the mapping again properly.

As long as I stick to it this time, I expect the story to eventually be completed. I have no idea how long that'll take though, lots of scenes and dialogue when I'm ready to do it, but I am slowly working through it and liking it more so far, which is good.

No work on Chained Worlds either, but it's still planned. Just a few ideas and thoughts on what may or may not happen with it. For now, I'd rather focus on that new project.

I think I'm making better progress than before this time, so we'll see.

Again, it's a fun side project for me. I'm not sure how good it'll be and stuff, but I just want to have fun with RPG Maker and eventually release something for now. It can be considered my first project again since I started getting back into RPG Maker.

Currently, still planned to be done in MZ.

Mental health is pretty good, at least a lot better based on yearly progress and stuff, so just relaxing, as it keeps improving.
