Can somebody explain the Canadian legal system and such? I hear it is much different than the United States, which is to be expected.

A less corrupt and more tolerable legal system is a huge part of the appeal of Canada, and from the small amount I know the Canadian education system seems better as far as equal access to education.

Magic Damage Recalculated / Vicks Revamped!
I am curious about this Multiplier stat, as it would appear to be useful in any game, but couldn't you just stick in a multiplier into a skills individual damage formula? Besides making skill damage tweaks a little bit easier, I don't see any benefits that could arise... unless you have a way for skill multipliers to be changed by things like relics??
Like the Holy Blessing effect, does it increase the multiplier by .20 for the Cure spells?
edit: also, in the formula i see 512 appear twice. what is that number for?
