This is your first game? Wow that's impresive.
Did you do all the graphics yourself including the characters drawing and title?
Besides that the story sounds interesting. Where did you come up with it? :D

I wish I could draw like that! My sister is the person to thank for this.. she's our team artist and I'm really thankful that she was able to help out on this project with the hours off she had.

As for the story.. I'd also have to thank my other sister for that! This game is just combining most of the things we like doing for our free time (programming, drawing and story-writing). I really don't know how the game will turn out, let's hope it comes out a game worth playing =]

Is this supposed to be an entry into All Hallows Event 2012? The comment about not being able to finish on time (not to mention the target completion date that is posted) makes me largely suspect this.

It's supposed to be... hopefully I didn't mess up with anything like posting with wrong tags or maybe forgetting to label it as an entry. I read the site and all they said was that it should have a gamepage and a full game download ready before the 31st..

But even if we don't make it, I'm sure we will still continue to work on the project to make it even better because one month surely isn't enough time to make a full interactive horror game (It took 1 week for story and resource gathering, 2 weeks of mapping and planning the puzzles and this last week of trying to develop everything with interactive objects)! There more than likely will be "rushed in" feelings as you progress through the game due to the fact that we had to "drop" extra puzzles =Z Of course, that will all change once the game is updated to version 2 later on.

It's always good to take a little break on this project to answer a couple of questions and comments =]
When the game is finished... I'd say it would be more of the "alpha" stage... all the main features and story are implemented, but it could still use a lot more furnishing before it can be considered a "real" game. It all depends whether you would like to see an empty house before before the furniture (not really an example of the situation... but it should describe what I mean), lol =]

Thanks for the help on finding flaws =] It's been really tough for our team the last few days as we've just begun developing the events and scenes 4 days ago

I'll be sure to check through the dialogue properly and fix all those grammatically structured errors and flaws before the last day ;]

Stress beyond description!! I'll probably die the day I finish my project! (which would help for that extra fear factor) x_X
