Psy, it gives scum more information if we lynch someone other than Odd.
Lynching Odd: Scum's possible secret identities for all guesses is reduced by one.
Lynching not-Odd: Scum's possible secret identities for all guesses is reduced by one, AND they know four identities which one of the surviving town is not.

OK, I did a reading. I'm not sure I think Ozzy was super over-the-top D1. I mean obviously a little, but given the surrounding context I'm not sure it's totally unexpected. At first I thought his Gourd vote had a smell, but reading back now it seems OK to me, his position was fairly consistent, and he was willing to put getting a D1 lynch first, too.
So at this point I am like only slightly leaning scum on Ozzy. Personally I think that Odd lynch is a better idea, but if Ozzy lynch is what we've got I guess I can go with it. Just based on behavior, I do think that both KF is more likely to be scum than Ozzy.
Also I'm probably missing something, but is there a mechanical reason that hyperfresh can't be Odd? I know it's kind of the oldest trick in the book to feint an attack like that, but still...

Every post was in response to one of yours. I was indeed wrong, since I read the Odd's posts out of order, and I didn't realize this (and your clarifications had little to do with the quote you characterized as needling) so I believed you were just trying to spread confusion.
I do believe Piano was distracted as he says...but he posted so much for being distracted. It feels like he directly contributed to the nolynch, which was the worst possible outcome for D1. So I guess not necessarily scummy, but anti-town :/

I do see the logic in the Odd lynch...at least as a backup plan. We give scum the least information that way, and we know Odd isn't a PR for town. We do need to get a lynch in, at the very least to reduce the unmask attempts.
I don't know about Odd as actually being scum though. I find it somewhat unlikely that there was a total feint on the unmask attempts. I literally can't imagine ANYONE ever doing something so bold as to focus all of their power on a scum ally first thing!

Shinan has actually been making good points, when he does show up. Based on the one game I played with him that may be out of character though. I don't really know, if other people who know his style better think he's being suspicious I would be OK with lynching him.

It looks to me like the unmask attempts were more aimed at removing power roles than eliminating a particular player. I guess scum thought Odd had a PR for some reason.

Well the rolestop was made by DJ Hyperfresh who also did the unmasking which is a scum only action. So the rolestop was definitely a scum move.
