[MAFIA] Game Over - Frequency Mafia
Here's how I feel about that claim:
It does feel less scummy than rolecop. It only works on night actions, and someone actually has to USE an action, which would probably make you more likely to catch scum if you targeted them (presuming there are one-shot town roles).
But still, that has the power to discover town power roles, and is more dangerous to any roles that are repeatable.
If you combine that with how unlucky we were to be going straight towards hammer on a cop D1, you must see how that looks. The role isn't exactly super-towny, and the timing is very convenient.
And how would it not also be suspicious if Fomar turned out scum? Is that just too obvious of a scum play? It seems like at this point no matter what when Fomar dies it looks bad.
And yeah, that's my reasoning. I thought that the main point against Fomar wasn't compelling. It was about reads, and I read differently. I should really have phrased it as "least for" rather than "most against". That's completely fair :S

this is not really true because there isn't any reasoning. just "i feel his posts are fine." which, like, that's fine, but it's also weird to be "strongly opposed" to the execution for that reason.

I'd be ok with an AE execution but fear we lack the numbers and are gonna have to go on Hex to avoid killing fomar.

very strong opposition to the fomar execution but no clear reasons given as to why.
I've mentioned it before, but my reason is that the posts people are calling robotic or insincere don't strike me that way (or at least not out-of-character-robotic). Fomar doesn't read scum to me. The extent of my opposition is that I don't want to use my vote that way. We don't have to agree on our reads, I've been very open about my reasoning.
I'm doing this because it's my gut feeling at this point:

my current thinking is that cave, piano and demon are definitely town, most others i'm still neutral on and fomar, hex & psy being the likeliest baddies atm

I am unsure how I feel about Liberty. I don't get huge bad-faith vibes from her posts, but I also don't feel like her explanations and reasoning is very satisfying to me. I can't get behind Piano being scum, I am unhappy that she doesn't at least summarize her reasons for things in a few words instead of saying "as I said before", and I don't think that going after someone for alternative but clear terms is a good use of time. She also went after Piano for something you could argue I did first, and then mentioned me way later (so she was aware of it).
I'm much more against a Fomar lynch than a Liberty lynch, I really don't feel like Fomar is scum at this point. I would rather lynch Hex or Fridge to be honest. Hex has said some reasonably smelly things, and Frogge has too. I also don't like how the main reason not to go after Frogge is that the plays are too basic/obvious/clumsy for scum.
