Don't we already have Akari and Shoko to fill the 'shy girl with issues' niche? I dunno. I guess it's fine, since Airi's issues are physical in nature?
Well, my not really intending to 'fill a niche' aside, it is entirely possible for there to be more than two shy/nervous/troubled girls in a single school, no? ^.^ Besides, I don't know about Shoko because I haven't played any custom content yet (will be remedied soon), and I know you can't really tell because I haven't shown anything regarding her personality, but I know for a fact that Airi's shy is a largely different flavor from Akari's. -Side Note- Hurray for run-on sentences and excessive commas! :D

Decided to post this character, since I'm seeing some headway with them. I did sorta post her earlier, but it was mostly just second handedly.

She is a small, frail, shy girl with health problems (I'll figure out the specifics later).
Ummm... I feel as though there was more that I was going to post regarding her. Well, I want to post more, but it's just kinda in my nature not to give out too many important details regarding any story I'm working on. Don't wanna spoil it and stuff. Of course, revealing more might help the community to give me suggestions... Meh.

Oh! How did I not properly notice that before? The names in the ID list are, in fact, in proper Japanese order! Well, now I can stop typing my character's names improperly. (For whatever reason I had decided to do it in the first place =.=;) Every time I did, I died a little inside. ^.^; lol
Her name got on the list fast! O.O Umm... not to be a bother, but I was thinking that since her name is actually on there, could you please put Kurokawa Sarako and Kurokawa Mikari on ID's 71 and 72 respectively? (That's who those two 'reserved for BDFalcon' are supposed to be. ^.^)

Hold on, just reaching into my brain to compound a name based on what little Japanese I actually know... Shiromiya Kagami. Or, by Heartache conventions Kagami Shiromiya. ^.^

We expect quality work when you publish, which does not at all mean you should publish. As long as your creativity draws breath, you can keep it in development as long as you want. Development hell doesn't exist for Visual Novels. No need to feel guilt over it.

Sooo... I believe that this is probably the most relevant thread to ask the following question: Has anyone made/is anyone planning on making a character named Kagami yet? If not, may I reserve ID 51 for a Kagami? (my current avatar) If my assumption of "..." = "unclaimed ID's" in the ID list is correct. Otherwise, I'll just ask for a different one. ^.^;

Ya, pretty much. ^.^;... was sorta just thinking out loud. Not sure if it sounds like such a good idea now that I've actually typed it out, though. Also decided after my temporary loss of internet that I didn't need to go into such a long theoretical spiel to explain it. Kinda regret having posted that. =.=;

... might as well; I am aware that there is a lock affection command, in that the character remains on the current affection level, neither able to increase or decrease. What about a similar command that locks the current affection, but it allows for affection to either increase or decrease exclusively?
Hmmm... context. Well, for decrease, I'll use an example from a couple of my characters in progress. I'll refer to them as 1 and 2 for simplicity. After you meet 1 and get sufficient affection from her 2 shows up and they start to hang around you. 2's affection can increase and whatnot, but once it reaches a certain level, they reveal that they were, in fact, 'testing' you to see if you're 'good enough' to go out with 1. There would be a chance to convince her that you want to go out with her (Attribute Check), in which case affection operates normally, but if you fail or decide against it, 2 gives you her blessings and her affection locks at Friendly (or maybe Like). Now, what I'm wondering about this is... say you run into 2 in an encounter and you decide to find someone else to talk to, and you do this every time you run into her, it doesn't really make sense that she wouldn't start to get annoyed with you. If her affection drops you would be able to bring it back to where it was locked, but no higher (though I guess it would hold little reason, unless you need 2's affection to be at least friendly to progress with 1's story for some reason ^.^;). It's just a small thing, but I thought I would bring it up for consideration. ^.^;
I would bring up an argument about the other side of the equation, increase, but to be frank it's only really there for if someone else wants it. ^.^;
I will probably just set it to lock normally anyways, or have her stop showing up in encounters altogether (it works well enough with her), but I feel like it might be a useful enough function. Though that's probably just me. =.=;

Sooo... a random question regarding custom story content; Say I wanted to add a random rich girls school to the mix (based in the city, with it's own custom uniform), would that be okay? Perhaps something that other people can use for their own characters later if they so wish?
