I'm a little drunk right now (after effect from hockey game) and I don't think the cold medication helps so I'll give you a full breakdown tomorrow.
In the meantime I will say that is very important that you as an individual make decisions based on what is best for you and on what you decide. Listen to others but in the end it is your decision what you put into your body. If you do not have that right you have no rights at all.
