It's very uncommon in RPGs
A lot of RPGs have customizing your own house as a feature. I don't think it's very uncommon at all. Maybe it's only uncommon in the ones that you've played.

Amulet of Athos: Legend of the Sarian Knights
I like the title. But just a suggestion name for a sequel, "Amulet of Athos: Legend of the Sarian Knights and the Invasion of Kaard and the Four Pistoleers." Hehe!

I think it's nice. However, if I may suggest one thing, the eyebrow and actual eye should be separated. Other than that, it's good! Simplicity isn't always a bad thing.

Thank you! I prefer to let the player know that an item, weapon, etc. was found this way rather than... "You found a sword!"
The Treasure of Fenglade

fangblade is just a famous name in a game... Your avatar sort of looks like a Class in the game.
I use to play MapleStory but I don't anymore. I used Google for "Fangblade" and I guess he was the first one to make it to the top level or something. I'm not sure.
