[Rm2k3] Show Picture is erased after teleporting to new map

The first thing I can think of is to use it as a frame. The second thing I can think of is to do a manual fade out with the screen tint, do an instantaneous map change and display the pic again, then a manual fade in, all in the same event. This could be done in a common event and then called by the teleport event in question.

Parallel processes are BAD and seldom nescessary, unless you are doing things like minimaps and interactive map events. Do not use them if you can avoid it.

I just mean we should have a definite limit on size when it comes to sigs, so that non-obnoxiousness is more readily enforceable.

They are too big and the animated sprites and all the giant blocks of sig. Its just sig everywhere I turn. Stop this sig madness.

This refers more broadly to all sigs so I guess I am demanding mroe specific sig guidelines to crack the whip and get all you peons in line.

I think you have to take into account the fact that if someone is doing thier own art for thier game, that it might well take a full half hour to draw that bacdrop and then import it.

Design a MegaMan Robot Master!

Weapon: Magma Mortar - Lobs a flaming molton rock that bursts and sends out other little flaming rocks on impact.
