I met up with "Nik" in the ghost town.
I followed him and he jumped in the lava.
I went to the sewer and then through the
Ironflow only to come to a locked door??

You missed something. You will get a key or find a switch somewhere.
As it is so long I played, look for my or Euphoniacs posts with hints and other tipps.

I think I noted all Masteries/Dominus in my guide, from when you can obtain them in chronological order.

Hope your still reading these ! Great game - don't understand so few downloads !! Two questions - how on mastery skills do I get dominus - don't understand ! Also how do I get past 99 to 999999 ? Thanks for any help - as said - Great Game !!
The Aperion Mode is currently bugged and not working as intended.
To reach the Aperion Mode you must earn EXP of the character to the maximum.
Sometimes you will notice a higher number on your stats in the equipement menu, but it is switched on and off and is currently not reliable.
You can equip your masteries in choosing one and set a level for it. If you want to really grind out your masteries foe EXP or AP, use equipment with Dominus +, Auto Dominus or even the one that starts with level 2 but drops your HP to 1 (Dominus Atlas). Then you can set the mastery level on 2 or even 3, but you will only get the bonus when you reach that set level.
The Mastery/Dominus bar will rise with your attacks/skills but decrease when you are hit.

2) Still missing the rare item though, at least that's what the computer in Albatros says :/ and I have no idea what it is.

Btw replayed it and cassie's fate is still the same while in this ending ironbug joins in right at the end.
Then you are still missing something...
You can correct my guide, the female firefly is glad if someone checks that.
When I play, you must know I try to get as much done before progressing the main story.
It shouldn't be so much I have missed, but I had the better ending - so it is possible. Perhaps you missed one of the Inn Cutscenes...

I really recommend to download my guide (link of page 6). There you will find anything to complete your game from items to strategies.
Only the auction house might me incomplete, but all rare stuff is already listed. I didn't compare it with the original at this point, but I did compare the Gaia Shards!

I appreciate the response, and I'm glad to know it's not just me. As long as it's still reasonable to complete it's not a big deal, and worst case scenario I can just use the nuclei. Final check for a few things I think I missed, I'd like to know where I can find them as I suspect the few missing Gaia shards are there too.
Going off of my completed Weaponomicon:
Seth's Arcana (Second weapon slot), Martia's Guardia Eterna (Fourth weapon slot), and Ferion's Red wolf Prototype (Fourth weapon slot).
And finally the Saphire Necklace item and Martia's Action figure. (I suspect is with her weapon)
I've completed all missions except the Gaia Shard one and completed the extremeordeal. I'm very much hoping that Martia and Ferion's missions aren't bugged and were supposed to give me the chests with the weapons and the shards upon completion.
Quick side notes, I think I'm missing the terminology here, where exactly is "dark side of the moon" is it part of altilliah's heart or a separate location? what's the strategy for the "Fatal Touch" arena challenge? The only way I could think to beat it was use the item that lets Rudra reflect attacks when he guards and hope I get lucky.

how do i get to the airship hangar the 1st time? the door is red (locked) and i think im missing the 3rd party member (the girls's companion)? is my game bugged?
last dialog was about getting the airship and that it will be ready in 2 hours or something.
Have you downloaded my guide (some posts above)? There you can read all you need to enter the hangar.
