OH MY GOOD FRIEND, perhaps such a thing is acceptable for hack anime seasons and triple-A games being shoved out for Christmas, but there is no way to just tidily wrap up this story at the point where it is. An alternative would be to basically re-write the game with an entirely different story over what there is, but even that would be so much work and and and.
On the plus side, I actually got a computer job at long last. I've been working there for 2 weeks now :)

"Hiatus" lol. This game is basically cancelled. :( although sometimes I wish it weren't
Perhaps it's for the best, since upon reflection I really didn't know where the story was going, making it up as we went along and hoping it would all come together in the end.
I've been working with Fidchell on Forkits and Ruby Quest, and once those projects are done I would like to remake this game from the ground up, in a custom-built engine with an isometric view and a visual style like the original Fallout games. But it probably will be at least a year until it's time to start work on that. And then billions of years to do all the work.

It says :

Permission's denied : C:\Windows\Fonts\AdventureSubtitles.ttf
It appeared when i tried the game.
*sighs desperately*
Ah, this game uses the custom font AdventureSubtitles.ttf and tries to install it automatically. Try installing it yourself first. It's in the game directory.
