I am a begining/ intermediate game maker with no scripting experiance. I use only RPG Maker VX and VX ace with the basic RTP in each. This may seem a little bland, but I am very creative and like what i've come up with.

Lol ok only like 6 hours was, but it looks so NICE! and part of that time (probably the first 4) Was my crash course on scripts. I told you before, I know (knew) absolutely nothing about them. I couldn't even get the copy/paste ones to work yesterday :p

Yeah well ive seen both your guys work, and i have 4 pages of game subscriptions, so i see many of your guys posts. You guys seem pretty smart and actually no what your doing.

This just made my day, since I've waisted almost all of it(8 hours) on scripting a battle system and making like 1 puzzle.
Edit: Let's see what I can do in 30 min!

Thanks for the bug update! Because BareGamer is helping me clean up som of the events, I had to merge the files and a few transfers got screwed up (um like ALL of them) Sorry i missed one :-( It'll be fixed for the 1.2 Beta release that will hopefully be available today.

I saw the top-less tree right after I posted the pic lol, I'll fiddle with the trunk hight, i can see now why is looks so funny, and if anyone knows a good software other than photoshop for editing these pixle-y tiles can they shoot me a link? I wouldn't mind being able to tone down some of the bright colors on the custom tileset's i've found. As it stands now, it make's the tree stand out, which is ok...for now...

This is my first editable script, and it's extremely complicated, so not only do I need to learn how to add scripts, i've also be crash coursing on editing them and customizing them. The really hard part is not the side view, it actually took me about 40 min. It's the animations, each action has an animation and they need to be coded very specifically as part of the script. it's very time consuming which is killing the time I was going to spend eventing Teressa'a intro, but I suppose this new battle sytem and all of the Citus updates BareGamer has dome for me are enough for a Beta 1.2 :p
