That being said. The 4 iron sting + 2 laser machines is the easiest battle. If you get the other set of enemies just run away or quick load. I wrote my strategy regarding iron stings a while back if you are interested.
I didn't have ryuma card at that point. But it is PERFECT for this moment. You should consider getting it first if you haven't already.

Luffy, zoro and sanji at level 55 and robin somewhere at 40. What I did was:
-I used sanji's skill that gives wildrage, it looks like the flies' weakness. And with a bit of luck, this wildrage will expand among the enemies. Yes, I used Queen's strategy, I admit it.
-Used Robin to stun the hell out of them
-Rage regeneration card for zoro and lvl 4 ultimate
-I focused on speed, all of them faster than the flies but robin the slowest: to stun them last. I equipped leordh card to have wind resistance but if you follow this advise don't repeat my mistake: if you enhance leordh card to master quality robin won't be able to equip it yet. Just enhance it once. Equip/enhance any wind resistance card on the rest.

I've just found two pandamen thanks to you mate, thank you so much.
The one in the dark dungeon seems so familiar, I think I got it in the old save file but not in this one. Thing is, if the speculation that they show up in order is true, the last two can be ANYWHERE again, damn xDDD

Well, if someone needed to be nerfed that was Aokiji! It was a tough one!
I think I haven't found any pandaman at that location, I'll check it, thanks! I would share the whereabouts of the pandamen I found, but I have a really crappy memory and I'm not sure If you can trust my word xD

I'm under the impression that some of them only appear after some conditions are fulfilled. I've found some in places I already visited before searching for them. But then again: bad memory, sorry xDD

Nice, I tried it and the level cap is gone =)
I haven't found all of them yet, I think I need two or three more, but honestly I don't know where else to look XD I revisited all cities, shops and dungeons. There are some strange things that I thought they might be one but nope xD So I'm leaving it for now.
And nope, I checked and that fight is not a walk in the park for me xD

+ It's a minor bug, you're probably playing 4.20e or so, I had once
unlocked the max rank to 60 at that time.

I want to make the level cap to 70 in v4.22a (This version will come out in hours). What do you think? Is it a wise decision?
I didn't know! =) But Im playing the 4.21, for some reason it didn't change. I hope the new one will fix that. But I'm totally cool with raising the level cap!

But yep I only have three cards left to find from that list you posted. Hades, Pandaman (the one that isnt an assist card) and Kabuto, so I must be near the end =)

There are at least three fights against kaidou.
First Luffy-Law-Kid, then Luffy-zoro-sanji, and at some point Nika vs kaidou. I'm in the second one and I can tell you he is a beast as you can expect! I'm pretty sure there is a video already uploaded by cradth regarding that fight. Search hossigames in youtube if you haven't already.

All my characters are capped to 55 as far as I know, including admirals, law, or luffy and zoro. Are you playing the 4.21a version or that new one that was up for a brief moment?

Another thing I noticed, why the level cap of usopp is 55? I got two characters, Luffy and Zoro, who reached Lv 57 last week. Are the characters have different level cap?

And after many times I got a chance. I just hope I don't have to do it a second time to get a card xD. I still haven't found kabuto, I wonder if I have to beat enel again to get it.
