Tower of conqueror looks great. I haven't played much yet but Enel looks promising! Hope you add some more characters in the future.
I am afraid I still can't start the marine campaign. What about adding a Key button to accept a party with less than 4 members? Is it possible?
Also, i went to check for the skyshark card. It is supposed to be the red chest inside the cave, right? I'm pretty sure it wasn't there before. The problem is it was already open! haha. Actually, the moment I entered the cave I receive a "red treasure chest" notification (without treasure). Then I walk up and saw the empty chest. It is probably fixed for new players though.

What's the best the building I should make in empty area? i don't want to waste my resos for nothing.
To don't waste too many resources build the shelter (in which you can open your boosters) in a safe area: Arabasta or Amazon Lily. That way you don't need the guard post to defend it. You need to build a ship dock somewhere too to access the shipwright and improve your ship.

And last, what's the fastest way to make money? I went broke upon defeating arlong.
Loguetown. Have someone equip the Steal Nami card. All the pirates there (Except fishmen) drop boosters. Steal as many boosters as your patience allows, open them in your ship dock and sell the extra cards you don't need. As your collection improves, you will start selling most of them. You can easily earn ~10000 belli for each faction war.

He mentioned that it might be altered, and I was just sumarizing. I'm okay as it is, but I admit it's a skill too strong for a pre timeskip Law. It makes Law even stronger than admirals.

Perhaps I'm missing something, but I'll try:
-Unable to enter the marine campaign
-If a marine campaign character is chosen for the tower of conqueror, it will stay bugged from that moment on.
-Rewards in corrida colliseum.
-Relation between Fire and magma fruits, and Akainu weakness to seastone.
-Seastone countermeasures.
-Compensation for easy and normal mode players for getting the crystals or whatever you decide on that.
-skyshark card
-gamma knife awesomeness
-skypie cards enchanter
-when a character is provoked and is out of AP, will become useless for the whole fight
-franky last skill (if there is one after destroy cannon) and his ultimate franky shogun. It appears on others that equip his card, but not to him.
-codes for the rest of characters hehehe

You can steal Wb's myth booster even if you can't beat him yet. You won't get it twice though, I think.

You can get that item from Storm Pixie,
the drop chance is 5%. It's one the rarest item.

BTW can you remind me other locations of arcanum dust beside the hidden fire dungeon. BTW i still can't believe you beaten the 4th challenge while smoker was in lvl 11 for you, and where is the C.yeti brothers challenge, i suddenly reached the battle against doflamingo and i felt like i saw that challenge before but idk where
-For me the easiest arcanum dust spot is the light dungeon, the golden flying medusas. It's where the UE2 is located
The yeti bros card is not in Smoker's battle and there isn't a yeti brothers battle if that's what you are wondering, let's say it's in another punk hazard related battle ;)
There are three dofflamingo battle as I recall. Luffy Vs Doff, Law Vs Doff, and Luffy&Law Vs Doff
