Even if you find them you can't equip them until you awake them =(
I'm afraid I've never even tried that ultimate skill. I don't play much with chopper.I'm guessing it is a healing one.
Law is so powerful that he room himself into the campaign to be the main character himself.

So, I've just beaten the corrida colliseum block A, but didn't get any reward.It was a bit anticlimatic xD. I mean, I'm not expecting a Kaido card, but no reward at all?

The battle against Big Mom is very hard and you need to think your cards carefully. It's a battle for the endgame, or close to it. It was worth the effort for me at least. As I said, epic battle.

I've just defeated Big Mom and It was SO epic, if she didn't fall when she did, she would have killed me next turn.
Sorry to brag about it, needed to share it.
By the way rtyuiop, you can also get at least franky shogun, hakuba and sea king assist card by beating twice some new world challenges. Probably yeti cool brothers too and some other with big mom.

I want to make TOC as a special area that can only
be accessed in *Straw Hat Campaign. but you can still
use the crew from the other factions as secret
characters, just like Crocodile, Enel and the rest.

Oh, I misunderstood. It sounds good! But watch out with the marines problem. It gets bugged even when accessed to the tower in the straw hat campaign.
Btw, now that you mention secret characters, in the Secret Area we can see Kaidou and katakuri listed(among others). Have you published their code somewhere? Are they available?

Well I can judge that as a fan xD
There are many secrets in the game some of them are missable. It's good idea to have one round in normal and then go for the hard mode.
But on the other hand the hard mode is totally playable, it is more of a challenge, and if you are use to this kind of games the normal mode will feel too easy.
Also you can only awaken the strawhats in hardmode. It means only there they can equip the really good cards. So all things considered, I would go straight for the hard mode.
It has become quite easy either with the admirals or with the gamma knife. But only with the strawhats? wow, that's a real challenge. Would this change come with a New World update of the characters? Or LVL5 cards of them, with a new ultimate for luffy? =D Otherwise, I can only see it possible with Jinbe.
I have another bug (?) to report. When a character (friend or foe) is provoked and run out of action points, he will stay provoked forever from now on without attacking. I mean the "clock" that sets how many turns of provoke there are left, stops.
I actually won the fight LvL11 Smoker VS Law thanks to that, but you might want to look into it.
