I am submitting game page now.
I read the properties of my game folder. I created my game on September 15. So my goal is to submit the download prior to October 15. I don't know if I qualify for the prizes, but the game was still created in under a month.
It will be up to the RMN gods to determine if I had an unfair advantage or not.
