I know from experience that nin8halos makes better bosses than all of us put together. I nominate him to be the boss of bosses and tell us when we're doing stupid shit with 'em.
If I made one, it would just be one of the default bosses in a tricky room of some kind. Like SMB1 Bowser over a bridge. I am not creative.

I had an idea that each of us judges could be in charge of making a castle at the end of each world. There's 8 of us, so we can have one judge be like the "ruler" of a particular world. That alone is a theme which contributes to a feeling of progression and cohesion, and it wouldn't clash with individual levels.
