Looking at these earlier posts, I think there should be some small fair measure in place before a ban takes place for a user. Basically putting in a dispute private message form between the Moderator & the user. This should at least ease some of the tensions that could happen.

Putting in a website email address which this site does not have (That I know of), so that way they don't have to jump on here with another account for communication like many have done in the past. I do think it is a bit odd that barred off users don't have some means of alternative communication.
Whatever happens afterward is on the user because he should know the mistake already.

I guess what bugged me was the negative connotations that comes with it historically with Strip & Night clubs.
