I never did appreciate religion for doing stuff like that because it has plagued the world with annoying attention seekers causing mass hysteria with youtube links, and some cases causing violent incidents.
This is one thing I would support the recent youtube rules to stop controversial religious junk. Though in a way I don't want to see the subject itself be stifled, but just mainly the junk spawned from conspiracy nonsense built on 1+1=WTF logic.

[RM2K3] Secret RTP?
Hope eventually will get ported Enterbrain graphics from the consoles no longer supported, but I think there was a problem with that according to others.
[RM2K3] Secret RTP?
We need to talk about the fan games here after what happened to the Metroid 2 Project
author=GreatRedSpiritauthor=SgtMettoolI like how they couldn't even bother to add line breaks between each of the 500 games in teh DMCA notice. It's just an endless wall of URL links.
Bumping because Nintendo has apparently just DMCA'd 500+ fangames all at once.

So it seems Nintendo's going after fangames en masse. This is getting pretty intense.
I hope they don't come here and kick over every SMBX game
e: quote for newpage
I hate to say it, but eventually will be next on their list.

I think the problem with criticism today for video games is how we viewed games in the 90s, and how we view them now. Back in those days making games had a lot less restraint, and allowed ideas to flow, but nowadays companies & gaming communities alike try to restrict things, and play it safe (Nintendo is a good example of that). Another good example is the fanworks of megaman games, you will be surprised how pissed off they get when it is not like the official games, and this kills any experimental work that could be done.
Besides video games, it is reassuring there is experimental anime like One-Punch Man that tries to break the mundane despite the criticism I'm sure it got back when it was just stick figure drawings.

"This RPG colony, RPG Revolution, was built by adding old games to an dead website and therefore, is very counterproductive. It was made hastily to accommodate those refugees who had survived the past RPG website Shutdowns. This was the only measure taken by the RMN government. They concluded everything was fine as long as they had directed to a website to stick the refugees in. They remained on RMN and refused to share the rest of the Gam Mak. My father, WIP, had made a request to RMN for autonomy for all Rpg games known as 'Forgotten Ones', but he was assassinated by the Shmup family. The Shmup had called themselves the Principality of Lulz and launched a war of independence against the RMN. You know how it was to end, with the Shmup losing the war, which sealed their fate. But the RMN Forums had grown arrogant, the RMN users had become corrupt from within, giving birth to rogue Admins like Kentona and resulting in the brazen activities of Addit, who had falsely claimed to be a protector of the Shmup family. This history has made us all refugees! What is our future reflecting on this tragic history? I firmly believe RPGmanity must do everything to prevent flaming from rising up again. This is the true purpose behind our operation to drop RPG Revolution onto Rpgmaker.net. To change history, hence we will discipline the people who continue to live on RMN and eliminate the source of any flaming in RMN's gam-mak! Everyone! So we may forge our own path and establish a RMN forum for the refugees. I ask you, lend me your great strength for just a little while longer! When we've succeeded, I will then be able to join my father, WIP!"
