I have actually been opening the Eliza story files her and there, but I don't have much time for it since I work a lot. However, whenever I do open up her file, I do try to finish/correct about 1000+ lines on the notepad application.
Oh work... I know the feels (I have awful lots of {so called} extra hours per month) >.>

Speaking of writing, I haven't done anything for the specific three I've been working on. I'm currently experiencing major writers block, especially with Megumi's route. I'm thinking that this mostly because I change the ideas of where the route was going, and the original route was sorta depressing near the end.
I swear I'm surrounded D:
As off-topic as it is, been seeing depressing to suicidal pointed stuff continuously and everywhere this month, it's nearly starting to look just natural. And now looking at it, all my routes (done/planned) have minor to major depressing levels... Oh well...

An outfit Sakura will end up wearing in Ritsuko's route. There's a bunch of things that need to be finished and/or altered in this image.
Well, I'm off to write an in-game Saturday afternoon long, multi-branch event between <player> and the Kurokawa Twins.

Hey, Kevin, why isn't Eliza's route released yet? What do you need to finish? You have a completed story. Do you want feedback? Are you feeling hesitant about releasing it? Do you just need the text to be in proper English? Tell us. We (or at least I) will help you.
There's one thing or other (like phone calls) that could be improved and stuff but, at most it's only the English.
Render was taking a look at it but my last long absences my have driving her out of it, which I fully understand why, bug-fixing can be tiresome in your own content so fixing other people's grammar must be a little far from exciting. =p
Ps. Have to admit that my bad English is the main reason why I'm not focusing in make progress on Alessa/Yuriko Routes atm. .-.
I may work on extra tachies or CGs for Eliza, when I feel confident enough to do so again, been slacking my PS routine too... ;-;

Buuut, if I'm to understand what I'm reading correctly, someone wants empty yandere eyes? I can whip up/have whipped up a few of those. ^.^ Additional random side note as this will likely be a small overall updating info dump: I need to make two to three more characters for the Yurihara Sakura route to work, due to it's experimental nature. Which I for no explainable reason don't reveal details about it. Maybe I really should. =.=;
Anywho, tachie that I'd like opinions on:
Akimori Ritsuko, one of the datable characters in the Yurihara Sakura route.
A less colorful and, ummm, artistic(?) version of Ritsuko.
Basically, Ritsuko is going to be a possibly somewhat eccentric girl who likes accessories and is into astronomy and charms. The first outfit incorporates all of the colors of the week, something I'm sure enough people here are familiar with, but it also feels like a little much. ^.^; The second version is much less overwhelming, but I'm still fond of the colors of the week thing, so... I'm ultimately asking for input on whether or not the first one is too much. ^.^;
That's about it, methinks.
Whoa that's a lot of accessories and... it looks great =D
Also nice to see new clubs being introduced ^^
Ps. About the eyes, I rigged them from a image Fuyuki gave some posts ago, so you may want to experiment one thing or too ^^

Decided to give a try at rigging the eyes on a tachie ^^

The car suddenly stop on a rail crossing, it could be a mechanical failure or simply a mistep with the clutch.
The gates close, and few seconds to panic (causing even more problems with simple driving processes, drop the keys or simply selecting a gear (come on it's a train xD).
Then the train horn gives they two seconds to think "Oh sh..." before the train hit the car's front
And things goesboom trough the air.
Unless Emiko have a barrier or something of the sort, the train needs to only hit the border of the vehicle, preferably the one without fuel, instead of the doors. Some trains are so heavy that they can simply smash through loaded truck like if it was made of sand. Especially ones filled with sand. :p
As our Importer/exporter, I'm required to say that I've got a load of car sounds (engine, clutch, hits...) if you ever need to x3
Also that pack of background I've sent ago (not the convert, before it) had the SOSC's sick room, which looks quite hospitalic. posted below for conviniece ^^

author=Muteauthor=MarrendWhile you're at it, use sound files to increase the suddenness. Perhaps play the sound of a speeding train, and then bones breaking, or something along those lines, before JUMPing to the Sick Room.
I'm not exactly sure how to transition it (right now, I'm thinking of stopping the music, then going into a "blank screen" for a bit before JUMPing into the Sick Room posing as a hospital room), but that's the general plan.
*Edit: Uh, I guess do know how to transition it. It just seems to come off really sudden-like. Which makes a certain amount of sense, I guess, but, I dunno.
Oh, use a more hospital-esque PICTURE for the scene you plan to JUMP into so it feels different from the school's Sick Room.

Oh, seems that you still having some motivation surges about Emiko's story, and trust me if anyone know about lack of motivation, it's me. :p
So... you're uneasy because it involve (directly or not) Fran? or maybe those personal issues you mentioned a few pages ago.
Because, about the supernatural touch, we all agreed in several occasions that wasn't nothing wrong using it, and the story is still looking solid enough to me ^^
To end, remember that a whole lot of people only visit the game page without posting, so even if we weren't interested, which is not the case, there would still have a nice amount of people that is going to play her route. This is the only reason I still want to fix the English mistakes and stuff on Eliza's route btw, everyone here already know her and therefore have no great reason to play it again. :p

Yup, it's Stuidio.Voice Special edition featuring Kasa-sei. x3

Did a (just) bit of research about the real magazine, looks quirky at times but safe. I have back-up's to change the name if I have to, just in case. :p

Ah, okay. I actually sent Render a few things I found when I playtested Megumi as well, and am waiting to hear back from him because I know he's on vacation right now. At this point, maybe I should just hold off on any more playtesting of Eliza & c. until he's finished his review. I had started another batch of similar stuff, so just let me know what I should do with it.
You can just post it here on hide tags, or send it to me via MP, and I'll update it. ^^

Cool! By the way, I like Eliza's story quite a bit, although admittedly the grammar issues are quite distracting :| .
I didn't look at the story file until after each event happened, so I didn't know that talking to Miki about the bet would be such a huge pothole :( . It just seemed like a normal thing for <player> to do there.
Yeah it is, especially on a game like Heartache, I wonder how bad my grammar sound to you guys. xD

If <player> say that he'll make up to the deadline, her Shadowy side will immediately understand that everything he did was only to that purpose. In other hand if <player> turn Miki down she'll eventually reason out later. ^^
Hope that sounded correctly in-game, as this supernatural capacity to reason, but still being human enough to rage blindly at first. Is one of the key points on her personality.

Riiight... Guess that the "plain nonsense" idea I had about them, was a little naive.
I spent a lot of time wondering why on earth a girl would want a new one on the hurry, but this is heavier than anything I could came up with, I understand the situation and how that could happen with any country, and probably happened with rather, mundane, stuff. But still... holy V8.
Guess that half of our girls would break up that machine on sight... (and the store owner afterwards) :p

It's something I'd like to check out, but I usually leave work 3am at friday/saturtday and on my time line it will be at 6am to 10am... Maybe I can still appear at the end ^^
On my usual picture no-one-asked-for tradition, I've played around with the store background. :3

I tested the '2' option, you can create a separate file called i.e. "Noriko_crossover1.txt" which requires Masako profile.
That way if the player don't have Masako installed he'll receive a warning and the game still runs (which also "asks" him to download Masako), and if he already do it will run without any kind of warning, and therefore will not spoil the extra content.
The thing starts to get complicated because crossover makes part of the route though, you'll need to block the "without crossover" version of the story from triggering if you have it installed.
As Marrend said, if you tie anything to stories on files that don't exist it will cause a exception and crash the game, the first way that comes to my mind, and maybe the only, to get around this, is by day requirements chained with High priority. I don't really like to use day locks though, as elapsed days until as story floats with the amount of routes installed .-.
ps. Yeah I got six mp's, and they even have a speace of time between them. x3
