What i think: There is no framer. There is a "hooker" type mafia. There are 2 cops. One is insane, one sane. Shinan was hooked n1. He is sane. RabitZ is insane. He wasnt hooked, but got the wrong report because of his insanity.

To tell you the truth, i think shinian might be cannibal, with rabitZ being insane cop... Or rabitZ is cop. Its pretty much one of those 2. Or a framer. DAMN CLOSED ROLES. >.>

Its certainly possible that Rabit is an Insane Cop - Possibly getting reversed roles (town comes up as guilty ect.), which would mean his innos are guiltys... Or there could be a framer... I do think that Rabitz is town though.
