I think it can be if you basically give no f*cks about it and just do whatever you can as fast as you can in order get it done but then again a lot of people around here have certain quality standards and would rather much take the extra time and care in order to make a good game right.

You could definitely flood the site with a thousand mediocre games (say, Fantasy Finale CMXXXVI or something),
Then release a single obra maestra and poof! Profit*

I feel like I can write a review if I call it something else, like feedback or something. It's hard to review games when you really want to do them justice.
