I just realized that! I changed it from "graded" to "gives grades".
And this is a DREAM school, so obviously there would be a system that divided the students up so they wouldn't be stuck with a teacher they didn't want. Males for the girls and queers, and females for the boys and lesbians.

And you misread my grading one: You don't grade the teachers, they grade you and give you a reward based on the criteria I put up. So if you got an A, the teacher rewards you with sex...as an example.
