Oh, this looks lovely. I'm glad you're going custom on the graphics too! The VX RTP is just so terrible, and these sprites look nice.
Battles are random, but there's an indicator that appears above the player's head when they're about to be attacked. If the indicator is green, the player is a high enough level to avoid enemy encounters in that area with a touch of a button.
Oh thank heavens. I played an RPG that used this exact mechanic once and thought it worked really well.
As a jobless college student I don't have a lot of disposable income at the moment, but maybe I'll be able to afford this by the time it comes out.

- 1. Why do the doors in the first room of Flying Mountain, seal themselves? Is it 'cause one group already went through them, or genetic locking, or 'cause one of the groups messed with something, or... Saecelium time shenanigans?
- 2. What if one of those paths wasn't closed, and the party went that way, instead? Can you answer for both paths, please?

@Malandy:It should work regardless of when you push it, but you have to push it in the right direction (into the scuff marks on the floor instead of away from them). Were you maybe pushing it the other way? That's the only thing I can think of!
I'm quite sure I tried both ways...
I've got a copy of my "Very First Time in Old Avishun" Save in my Locker.
And it's not pushing... Gonna go back out and save, then see what happens...
On my revisit, which I also have a save in my Locker, it pushes... Huh...
Well, here'a another question, and a small typo:
For Emil's Letter quest, you have 2 spaces before "bit", instead of 1... I guess that's for representing a pause?
Also, what are the outcomes for that quest?

EDIT: Seems pretty good! I want a way to track my VP, but I don't need it, I just have to fight... ~20 battles and then I guess I'll have enough for every chest in a dungeon...
Also, playing from a New Game Plus makes things soo much easier!
Arena EXP is gonna be so useful! 'Specially once you can tank stuff...
I'm really liking these drop rates!
