Okay, so here are the results :

As I said, no infected files.
I'm not sure why the no. of objects scanned are different from the no. of clean objects. Is this a sign of infection?
Anyway, is this enough proof or what?

@Kumada Yes, I think the virus in fact, infected WinRAR. Maybe the game itself is safe, but the archive is not. I don't know, I'm not much of a computer expert.
I'm really desperate right now, people. I'm trying this one out:

I'll post what happens in a few.
Thanks for your support.

I seriously don't know anything else I could do. I did my part, my scanners are showing one thing, other people show others. You do what feels right. If you think the file is infected, don't download. If not, download it.
@MKnance Just one thing, maybe your Avast is not working properly? I don't see anyone else reporting viruses. Maybe it's just one of those bugs - like when you download some game off the net - and your antivirus finds it a virus, but it is really clean.
Anyways, I seriously have a lot going on in my life right now, and as such, I can't really bother with my game much now.
PS. I also think I know why the file is tagged as infected, but I will wait for my friend Shiningriver to try it out first, to see if his antivirus blocks it as well.

Here. I used BitDefender 2012 for a scan of my computer. The anti-virus was voted for the best of its kind in 2011, so I guess there are no mistakes.

I also highlighted the part with red marker to make sure everyone sees that the file is safe.
I just hope this can persuade you people to believe me that it's finally safe.

@Avee DAMN! I keep doing that, seem like a fool. I had to rush it yesterday, and I forgot to place the starting position where it should. Sorry people, I'm having some real-life issues right now, so I pardon if I mess up something in the future.

@MKnance You have to be kidding. I did a thorough search of every file in the archive, all came out clean on both Avast and NOD32 Five.
I'm posting a link to the screenshot of the findings of the antivirus and the two files that were tested.

Plus, I already gave Avee the v1.3 and it came out virus-free. You must have gotten some error or something. Try it out again. I'm telling you, the file is 100% clean now.
@kumada Tell me about it. I've grown sick of my own game, for Christ's sake.
@Magical_RuNE_Knight200 Yeah sure, I don't mind. It could be a lesson to all of us. The virus was the product of a hacker attack, or activated when the hacker got into my computer. Anyways, it pretty much messed up my game, making it "a virus"; even though nothing has changed. I cleaned it up with NOD32, and now it is safe.

Aye, once more thanks for thy help, Kumada. I have done a extensive search of both my hard drives (using NOD32 5) and found a truckload of WinSality-ies, as well as some other, less destructive viruses. All have been deleted, and removed from quarantine as well. I made up version 1.3; editing some features I deemed stupid, or out of context, as well as some editing done in light of your bug-list. Anyways, I sent this version to my friend Avee, who reported it virus-free, and he is testing it as I write this down. So, stay tuned for v1.3 soon!

Judgement is at hand, brothers (and sisters)! I have returned from my vacation, and have started the long process of healing my computer... *sigh* This may take a day or two, but I'll make it. It seems God is on our side, my friends. In the past, I copied two versions of the game, one I placed on the safe hard disk (D:) and the other on my USB. I uploaded the USB version, which was somehow infected (I really don't have a clue how) due to a hacker attack I recieved seemingly moments before uploading. However, the hard disk version is completely safe, and I shall continue my work on it in due time, it was tested by both NOD32 v5.2 and Avast. Both came out clean. I thank you all for being patient, and I should put out v1.3 soon. Thank you all for your help.
PS. @Deckiller , I think the virus is actually a different variant... something called a Win32/Sality.NBA virus, if I recall correctly. Anyways, the crisis is over, I think. I will post further details soon.
