That eye-edit you're looking for might be a bit difficult for me. I guess I'll fool around in GIMP for a spell, though.
*Edit: Well, here's a supremely hack attempt at taking the eyes that you posted, and editing them to fit with the base tachie. I totally don't expect this to pass inspection.
Oh god, it's as scary as the wasp-waist girl from way back.

Review: Playtime with the Magic Girl
- Kuwabara Emiko by Marrend

This route was quite an interesting experience, to say the least. The route is a little quirky at first, seeing as how the player attempts to date a woman who he assumes to be in college.. and actually turns out to be past college. Not only that, but this route contains plenty of references to games made by RMN, including Heartache itself. Emiko is practically a huge advertisement. Even past that, she's like an in-universe stand-in for the author, and the story has some mythical themes later on.
Unfortunately, I feel like Marrend wasn't taking this route so seriously, or maybe he just lost some of his arcane charm, because it was just satisfactory for me. But, this is a completely subjective review, so it might just be that this story didn't appeal to me personally.
STORY: 4/5
- The events that happens between the characters.
Pretty cool. I will say that it's not amazing. The story did not leave me with a charm that, say, Riho or Junko did. The story mostly takes place at the Market Street, seeing as how Emiko works there. The initial part, for me, was annoying. Marrend was trying to drill through the fourth wall, I tell you. The amount of references just left me feeling like I was watching a commercial. Well, of course it wasn't that bad, but it still left something of a sour taste in my mouth.
However, it's really adorable seeing the two bond through goddamn video games. I don't know how plausible that is, but I'm willing to ignore that. They form a relationship at a nice pace, going slow enough to show that Emiko has a life away from the player, and yet fast enough for the major events to happen when they need to, and when the reader wants them to.
Now.. I'm not a major fan of fantasy in my realistic, slice-of-life Heartache world. That's why the latter portion of the route, when Emiko finds out she is a MAGICAL WIZARD FROM ANOTHER WORLD*, killed me a little bit. That's more of a personal issue, really. I would have rated this lower if Marrend failed to make the bonding and romancing interesting. You can see the subtle and less subtle bonding between the two protagonists during Emiko's crisis/the fantasy events, and it was that development that let me survive.
*Not really. I'm not actually sure. The route itself does not tell us where she got the powers from directly, but I'm guessing one of Marrend's games would explain it well enough.
CHARACTERIZATION: 3/5
- The characters themselves and how they contribute to the story.
Good, I guess. Emiko is pretty solid. She's a person. She has friends, family, habits, tendencies, mannerisms, etc., but I feel like she's way too solid. In the beginning of the story, she seems to be completely fine. She was stable and supporting herself well, she had no issues of any sort, and the main conflict isn't about the person, it's about the person's magic powers. Other characters have their own problems that affect them.. not their bodies, that reflect on how they act and what they do. Emiko could have been any random shmuck, but the crisis would still be able to apply to them.
I wanted to support her as she dealt with her personal problems. Since I couldn't.. I wasn't so satisfied.
The player feels more like Marrend than flowerthief's player, but Marrend writes the player well enough so I didn't notice this until I read the story a second time. He doesn't change very much throughout the story, but I guess Emiko and the player clicked. There wasn't a need for him to change much.
EXPERIENCE: 4.5/5
- How smoothly the route goes for the reader.
Great. There are some missing brackets and periods, but otherwise, no issues that can be accredited to you.
CONTENT: 2.5/5
- The amount of stuff there is to do.
Well, fuck. I so badly want to give Marrend another 1/2 point here for finally managing to write forty main-route stories on one character (this is an accomplishment for him), but it's still only forty damn stories.
OVERALL SCORE: 14/20
This would be, like.. B-. Satisfactory. For me, that's good enough.
I'm not a professional reviewer. This is completely subjective. I probably missed a lot of things, and some of this info might be incorrect, so don't take this review too seriously.

The Oracle's first story sequence has a bit of a bug. It's marked as a City story, meaning it can happen in city places that don't require you to board the train before visiting them. Fixing this should be simple enough. Just set the event to a Train event.
...This bug was probably fixed in a later version I never downloaded. I hope not.

I'm not exactly sure how to transition it (right now, I'm thinking of stopping the music, then going into a "blank screen" for a bit before JUMPing into the Sick Room posing as a hospital room), but that's the general plan.
*Edit: Uh, I guess do know how to transition it. It just seems to come off really sudden-like. Which makes a certain amount of sense, I guess, but, I dunno.
While you're at it, use sound files to increase the suddenness. Perhaps play the sound of a speeding train, and then bones breaking, or something along those lines, before JUMPing to the Sick Room.
Oh, use a more hospital-esque PICTURE for the scene you plan to JUMP into so it feels different from the school's Sick Room.

So, my wiki-walking for an appropriate replacement name gave me this:
ID 59 = Kinzoku Shiritori
Kinzoku being the family name, as she is made of inorganic components and not a human, and Shiritori is a simple children's word game that mimics the input and output of computer programming. An appropriate nickname would be 'Shiri', dangerously close to 'Siri'.
What do you think, sirs?
Look, if she's supposed to 'function normally in society' and appear to everyone except the player as a normal girl, shouldn't her name be normal as well? I dunno about you, but a name like Metal Word Chain is not going to fool anyone.

author=dewelarHave a separate download that gives you a copy of noriko_story.txt with custom content, telling users to replace the 'clean' copy with the edited copy if they want to use custom content.

Surely moving some files into a folder isn't an issue, is it?

Also, I have discovered that it's a bit difficult for me to go digging for the stuff that needs playtesting, so if anyone wants to point me to where I can download such files I would be grateful...)

Yay~! It's here! Here's a very beta version of Megumi.
New content!
Criticisms (spoilers):
This is brilliant. Megumi herself is silly, spontaneous, and adorable; I like her. She clearly has her own personality, and it's an endearing one. It's very different from what I interpreted from her alpha tachie.
I like the direction you're going in, but it's not clear enough for me to judge any more than that.
There are some problems, though:
- The player doesn't think to himself very much. He usually has thoughts he keeps to himself (seeing as how he's a person).
- There could be some more description of what's happening around the player. This is a personal preference, but I felt the need to say it. Just disregard my opinion here.
- Current description of events could be more detailed. "Megumi left." That's it? She left? How did she leave?
- Panties in the vending machines? You've gotta be fucking kidding me. I know they exist, but I doubt the local convenience store (set within walking distance of a school) would sell used panties, and I especially doubt that this is a normal thing in Japan.
Either way, I find it ridiculous.
There are awesome points, too:
- Megumi is adorable in both appearance and personality. She says such ridiculous things, acts ridiculous, feels like a
- Landmines! We actually need to be damn careful of our choices. Wrong choices aren't always affection drops; they can be the end of a route.
- Your use of the music, constant expression changes, and occasional pauses set the mood well.
Let me summarize: there are some problems, but you're making a good story. Keep it up~.

author=jacobfishDid your first story include an INTRODUCE = (ID #)? What are the conditions of the story you want to play? There are a couple of things that prevent a story from being played:
Hey I'm new to content creation and for some reason i cant play my story in clean mode, and I don't have any other characters in the story
1. A character in the story was not introduced. Jumping to stories and branches bypasses this.
2. The conditions have not been met.
3. You have already seen a story with a character that day, preventing other stories involving them from being seen.

author=BDFalconHeh, don't worry, there are some people on here who aren't good at anything. At least you excel in pretty tachie, and until you actually release a story, we can't judge your writing skills.
So, just thought I'd slap up some character tachie/edits for people to look at since that seems to be the only thing I'm good for on here.
As for the tachie you've posted just now, they're amazing. You're quite creative, especially seeing how you make a fair amount of new hairstyles just by editing pre-existing assets. I just love Rie's braided pigtails, and Sarako looks adorable. Their clothes trump anything I've been able to make in Photoshop, too. XP
It'd be good if you could write something. If you're having serious issues writing dialogue, well, you can ask for help. Here's my advice:
If you don't have a solid image of your character's personality, you're going to have trouble writing their dialogue. That much is a given. So, write about them every day, no matter if it's not a story for the game. Just write something. Put them in a situation and have them react in a way that'd fit the image you have in your head.
Yes, it may not fit the image. Yeah, it might seem like it's not helping. But if you write something every day, you'll eventually develop a real, believable personality for your characters.
That's what I believe, anyway.
author=BDFalconI haven't read all of the custom content, but I've read a fair amount. I haven't see a newspaper club. It'd be best to ask someone who has seen all the custom content, though. I know that the built-in routes do not mention a newspaper club.
-EDIT- So as to make this comment more useful to me and potentially others, I shall pose a few questions:
Do we have a yandere? Is there a newspaper club in <player>'s school yet? I thought I had more questions! 0.0
