Perverted means you have deviant sexual desires that aren't considered acceptable.
But in the last few decades, it's gotten to the point where very few sexual desires are considered unacceptable. Pedophilia is one of the few that's still considered perverted.

My guess that is a human from the alternate universe where humans are actually more related to Annelids.
