Oh, god, not again a Random NPC.
Well... I registered few days (week ago, don't remember)
Anyway, I'm Nightowl. Guy from charas.net and wombatrpgs.net
I have interests in drawing anime/manga, rpg making and sometimes hacking Earthbound.
I am intermediate in RPG Making. But still i have been 'Failure Owl'
I use RPG Maker 2003.
Anyway, i might as well submit my project, i have to do some work so it will be accepted...
