This is rather old, but I need some feedback. I finally got inspired after playing Attendance and watching the FFXIII Game Play Trailer to take a break from coding/work and play with RPGmaker again.
Video: The Last Bible Battle System
This is the Battle System for my game The Last Bible, I need some feedback on this system, I have changed alot of features since this video, mainly the animations are faster and smoother as well as the removal of an Ammunition System because it slows down the flow of combat.
Looks like you have yourself a solid system there. One question, when can we expect Last Bible? Been wanting to play it.

Racial Diverstiy In RPG's
I always remembered watching Dragon Ball and sometimes there were black people in it. How they were drawn were so funny. Most American RPGs are inspired by European tales, which were almost entirely inhabited by white heroes and heroines. Why is this, because there was no racial diversity or equality. Slavery was still going on. Hell, slavery is still going on today in certain countries. Japanese RPGs don't have black people usually because of the same fact. The japanese people are mostly white-asians, which there the majority becomes the characters. Now games that take place in more modern areas have black characters now such as FFXII. Games based on urban enviorments had a plethora of blacks, whites, and also hispanics. The first video game cahracter in the world was white, and I mean pure white. (Pong)
If you had to make the next Sonic game...
To me the last great Sonic game was Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. I think they need to bring back Chao Garden, cause I remember how much I loved this damn little so much. Now Sonic Heroes I hated, Sonic and the Scret Rings made me give up hope forever, Shadow the Hedgehog I beared with. They need a graphically charged 2D Sonic game like what they did with Street Fighter 4. Bioware did good with Sonic with their RPG I heard. I would make a Sonic Adventure 3 frankly. They need the old VA back, if I hear Tails' voice again I might kill myself.

I know for a fact this is always my first difficult in my projects. Deciding the best way to do an intro. I always like doing it in media res rather than a prolouge but that is not always the case. I am can never find the best way to introduce a game there are pros and cons for each as I say. I think in media res brings the attention of the player in immediately while a prologue I always thought was a little slow for my taste. What's your thoughts on this?

I didn't get what was so good about it, actually.
I also can't believe there is (going to be?) a sequel for this.
It's a good movie but it doesn't make sense to do a sequel, just another solo movie which they couldn't let go down in peace. It's basically about his younger sister Samantha and how when she's 18 she goes through the same thing Donnie goes through.
Now back on the original movie. It's a weird but cool concept of time travel, but not really focused on it. The movie tells of how Donnie's weirdness actually makes him the hero of the story, others are taken by human imperfection while you can tell Donnie sees the true reality of the world as he exposes even if by the command of another (Frank) others and saves others will committing violent acts. It ultimately leads to him realizing due to the movie what he needed to do in order to delay the end of the world. As Gretchen his girlfriend tells him near the middle of the movie. To make one thing go away for all the negativeness to disappear. Which later leads to his self-sacrifice to save the people even those he will never have met (Gretchen).

Saw this yesterday at a friends house, it's definitely in my top 5 so far. Yeah, when I saw Seth Rogan I called bullshit, come on, hes in like every movie ever.
I was surprised Seth Rogan in this, I think I can honestly state this was the only serious movie he was in.

I love this film, I own the DVD. It's one of those movies that just stuck with me. I've watched it a few times now and there's cool things you notice each time, like the wallpaper pattern in Donnie's house is the shape of Frank's mask etc.
Oh yeah, theres a sequel in the works, it looks terrible.
S.Darko was really bad I heard from reviews. That was going to be the next movie I saw since I loved Donnie Darko.
