Release Something! Day V for Vendetta [Dec 21st]
Done with my thingamajig. It's only about 15-20 minutes long, but whatever. Hopefully it's scary enough. :-\
What are you thinking about right now?
Is there such a thing as reading too much? I've read a two-hundred page book, a five-hundred page book, and a three-hundred page book (Cannery Row, Great Expectations, and The Wandering Jew respectively) in about a week and a half. Damn, that's about 100 pages per day. No wonder I always feel tired. >_> And I'm almost done with The Great Gatsby, so add in 160 pages.

Yeah, whether it be movie, book, music, or something else entirely, this is the place to ask for recommendations. Actually I only made this 'cause I need help with a Christmas gift for my brother, but whatever.
Anyone know of an author who writes books set in modern day Japan a la Haruki Murakami? That's pretty much my brother's favorite author, but he already has all his books. He also liked American Gods, (Gaiman), 1984, (Orwell), Les Miserables, (Hugo), Dogs of Babel, (Parkhurst), Survivor, (Palahunk), Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress, (Sijie), Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, (Adams), Count of Monte Cristo, (Dumas), and Song of Ice and Fire, (Martin).

Zelda The Wand Of Gamelon
You know, I played those games and, sans the cutscenes, they actually weren't that bad. Just don't compare them to the actual Zelda games. I'd go more in depth but Hardcore Gaming 101 has such a great article on it here.
