I think in my personal opinion what the best Pokemon is for me to use is Lugia in Pokemon Silver/Soul Silver. The version I have Lugia in is Soul Silver.

Sorry for the late post, but I think RRR was a good site while it lasted. I joined the site around July or August 2013. I'm sure the RPG Maker community will have a site like RRR gradually over time, but we should appreciate what we have at the moment.

Where do you get original materials for your project? Post about it here!

I remember this link being posted on RPG Revolution from a Japanese website with tons of RPG Maker 2000 & 2003 resources. But there is a catch to it, it has some "inappropriate stuff" in it, but not all of it. Just finding the link now is a pain. I've bookmarked the link on my laptop onto my favorites, so I'll post the link whenever I can find it.
