witch.rpg [DX] Review

Not exactly related, but is there a walkthrough for Witch 2? I am a bit stuck. Have 2 accessories to find and 4 outfits. I hope there's no secret passage in the caverns, gah. Also, I have no idea who Alraune is. Or who to deliver the deals to. And also 6-7 candles (not sure if the middle spot needs a candle too or not.)

Uh, not sure? Kinda hard to know the exact nature of the savefile corruption. Not sure if a savefile fixer tool has ever existed for RMXP/VX/A. :C

Hmm, should I upload it here just in case?

Nah, just the one. I only made this in a couple of days, so there's not much additional stuff .

Ah, got it. Still, was a fun game.

Oh, I got the good end. Are there other endings or is this the only one? Unless the other ending was "open ending" as in a way, the game felt like it would end after we did the list, yet it didn't.

Pokémon RMN Version

Okay, I was having a very fun playthrough, but apparently my save file has gotten corrupted. There was some kind of window update going on on my end, and well, the speed of the game got quite slow. So, I restarted the computer. I am pretty sure I closed the game before that, though I could be wrong. When I opened the game again, my save file was corrupted. Think it could be repaired or is my playthrough lost for good?

Devourer

It was pretty good once I got the hang of it. The first boss I fought is quite hard/luck-based (after the elf, I chose to go the left dungeon based on it being easier from my experience among the 3 locations, so I am talking about that one), yet the last one is a bit easier in comparison. The second one was perhaps the easiest one. And the 3rd one was challenging.
Advice: The first few fights are best fought after getting a relic; the first of which in my experience was the one I found in the left dungeon of course. If you don't know, they are indicated by sparkles, until the last location (where the sparkles seem to serve a different purpose, something which is required to proceed through. I am talking about the one which opens up in the first forest area after you clear the rest of the areas' bosses.) And it gets easier once you gain a couple levels, not only because of the stat increase but also gaining an OP skill from one of the Songs. I liked the difficulty personally, though I'd recommend making some boss fights less luck-based. The first one especially, and the last one in its 3rd phase would be the ones I'm talking about.

Notes on the Etgoesian Crisis: Plus

What's with the controls of this game? The default ones don't work. The only button which let me advance the title screen is the alt button. Anyway, after that I was able to use 'C' to advance text as well, but once I got to control Orson, I couldn't move at all. I mashed buttons and he seems to randomly move 1 or 2 steps in whatever direction. I could access the menu with C and some other random buttons but I couldn't use the arrow keys or any other buttons for that purpose at all there.
I am assuming most people didn't have this problem? Wonder what's wrong in this case.

Edit: Nevermind, it seems the issue was with another game too I installed, which was also made in this engine and another old 2k3 game I tested, so it's highly likely that it was in general with any 2k3 game. Turns out the keyboard needed to be reset. This thread solved the problem.

I Want to Bring Her Back to Life but I Don't Know Where to Start

This game is so hard! I mean, Ludger seems to be the limit. Even that required pure luck with an artefact, which I actually like the way it's executed. I have no idea how to proceed after that as I have no velvetleaves left in between the mine and the bog as I escaped from the mines hall-way due to it getting a bit too hard and I thought perhaps I need experience but the bog was a bit too hard too and I didn't know the 'Treat' ability consumes a leave (same for the other two item-involving abilities that character has) as well as not knowing that I would be left with almost close to impossible way of earning money even if it was sort of hinted in the first side quest, which was very hard. The way I do know requires the artefact I used for Ludger but against multiple enemies. Repeating that just to get almost half the money for one leave seems too punishing; let alone 5-10 of them. I feel like the game gives the idea to just give up. Even the title screen implies that, and the way it's implemented in the story too. Still, I wish it got a bit easier after the fight with Ludger.
Do tell me if there's a way to proceed, as the enemies on road and the woods give too little money to be able to buy items. They seem to be there just to get extra experience as far as I can see and half-compensate for the leave (or other item's) usage. And that's in the case only one of your character was damaged. It multiplies with up to 3 for any added characters (so potentially 1/6 compensation.)
I also wanted to know, did I miss any side quest between the wolves one and the mine one? I might have not checked the board, esp. as I didn't realize you have to check all three boards until I got the mine one.
It's a shame, I really like the game graphically and story execution-wise, as well as the battle system; innovative.
I suppose the game wants you to know that it's going to be really hard and potentially involve cycles (and by that, I mean repeats) along with phases of luck, but if you want to finish it that much; go ahead. Well, I really like the idea of it, but it does partly seem a bit too much. Replaying it to proceed (which I am not even that sure if it's going to go well. I had 5 velvetleaves before I got stuck at halfway-ing through the mine and the bog) seems like would add to the experience based on the message I get. Yet, it also seems like it needs a bit of leeway potentially.

Super Pokemon Eevee Edition

Very nice game.
What's the true number in the arcade zone?

Edit: Nevermind, I reached the point where it was revealed. Which was quite late, but it works.
