Revenge Explains Everything - Clichés To Hate
I disagree. I don't accept cliche, or too cliche as an excuse not to play a game. Cliches are nearly impossible to avoid, because everything has been done before. As long as the game is good I'll play it. I hate it when people won't play games because of cliches that makes me extremely mad, or I should say beyond mad.

If you quit a hobby only because there are people who are better at it than you, you won't have anything left to do in your free time, lol. Make a game because you have fun working on it. If other people who try it happen to like it, then that's a nice bonus. That's how I see it.
But really cool article. Loved the music and Billy's story. :D
I missed this so forgive me. This is true. Like I said it is hard not to get discouraged sometimes. However if you just give up on a hobby, thinking you'll never get better, then you waste all your good skills. Giving up, thinking you'll never get better, or if you think you're better than every one else, will do no good. You'll only hurt yourself in the end.

Get Social: #4 Taking Critique
I like this article Kylaila. You're right. We cannot keep ourselves from getting angry over negative critique, or reviews. It is a good idea to try to calm down first after something like that happens. I will admit I am not perfect, and have gotten really mad, and upset in the past. However now I do try to direct my anger towards other stuff, to let it out. Like jogging, or playing a game for example like you said. I hope others can read this article, and understand it as well.
Don’t Throw Away That 2k3 Just Yet
I actually like rm2k3 to be honest. It's good if you want to make a classic style SNES game. I used to make games with it all the time, never released them back then though because my internet was as slow as molasses back then. There are times I actually want to use it. I just haven't even though I still like it and have it on my computer(It actually runs on Windows 8 with no problems). The reason why I haven't released any games I made in rm2k3 is because most people not all are just too dang picky and won't sit down and play a game made in rm2k3. I actually still play games made in rm2k3 if they're good. I wish most others would do the same but they won't.
