RPG Maker 2003 vs. Windows 8.1
There was a weird trick that worked through creating a shortcut to the game's RPG_RT.exe file but my initial searches haven't dug it up

A Krampus Christmas (Game Chill 2013)

Oh, yeah. I might have used one in one attempt at Krampus.
Speaking of, I did finally manage to beat that monster. I'm not quite sure what I did differently, though. I knew "C'mon, Faster!" was a high priority, and that I had to use "Cheer" to keep up with the "Beatdown"s and the "Roundhouse Kick"s.
Pretty much exactly that. The only other thing is debuffing Krampus and making sure Lisa does not die.

iirc there's a flag in the RPG_RT.ini that you need to set so it doesn't check for the RTP. 'RunTimePackage=1' or something? I don't remember :(

Crap! Totally forgot to do that! I'll edit the ini file tonight and reupload the With RTP version. At work for the next 9 hours.
